We needed a battery pack for cellphones out of the locked case in the electronics department. Another customer was needing a phone from one. The other customer had rang for someone to come back there & give us service. We all waited for a good bit. My girlfriend and I ended up going to hunt for a restroom as one of the other customers went to the storeroom to track someone down. After a long wait, someone finally came to open the case for us.

You do not want to shop here. They can never find the managers in the store at night. The grocery manager is pitiful and they're out of a lot of stuff all the time if you can even find a grocery employee to help you which you can't. The lady over the stocking crew plays hooky a lot and does not wear her vest and does not wear a name tag and will not tell you her name when you do find her. If you drive 10 minutes more to gateway Walmart it is worth the drive and they will have everything you need properly stocked and in the sizes you need if you want clothes. If you shop at airport Thruway all you all be is heartbroken and mad at yourself that you ever came in this store and wasted your time. The manager should have been fired years ago. There is some kind of illegal hiring going on here also because 95% of the staff is black. This is not a racial statement just a fact. The employees are rude and unavailable and untrained. This store screams for a new manager and possibly a new supervisor. The entire management group in the store needs to be replaced including the manager.

Management or Leadership team not all but the ones I came in contact with tonight were very rude and unprofessional. There were two shelves of products that were priced at $2.37 but when I checked out the actual price was like $19.00 it wasn’t my fault that the product was priced wrong so I felt like it should have been sold for what is was advertise for on the shelves the cashier was helpful by calling her lead over but this lady came with an attitude she rolled her eyes and told me it was marked wrong and she wasn’t going to do anything about it then she walked off and started saying lil comments about me to the cashier mind you I’m right there so I heard everything I asked the lead to get someone over cause now I’m heated I also asked her her name and she refused to give it to me a manager came over and said he can give me 1 for the price it was marked but couldn’t give me all the boxes I had ok fine but this lead lady kept running her mouth now we going back and forth she loud and I’m loud too the “Manager” stood right there and didn’t put his team mate in her place they all thought it was so funny. Now the problem isn’t the product it’s the staff. I asked for corporate’s number and they refused to provide it. Poor management team

Very Hectic (Customer wise) but service was friendly. I changed my star rating because all of the oranges that I looked at were molded the plastic bags at checkout had broken handles, and the self checkout was so sensitive that it kept flagging me for an associate ( even though she was standing right there watchinge and my kids struggle with the bags).
