I wish I could give Zero stars. I stop at this store at least once a week on my day off but today is gonna be last day . The worst customer service I've ever encountered! Staff were completely unhelpful and rude . I will absolutely not be shopping here again . One of the guy supervisors or manager I believe with bald head very rude treated me like I’m a criminal . He looks Hispanic but I might be wrong who controlled the front end . Don’t judge a book by the cover and assume everyone entering your store is there to steal . Avoid this place at all costs!

This location is near to Fort Moore Army Base (formerly Fort Benning). Been a customer shopping here since 2021. They have everything that meets my needs and seemed to offer some other merchandise that the other locations don't seem to carry. Customer service is questionable. Some employees don't seem helpful and appear to lack customer service skills. Lining up at the self checkout has no organization on what person on the two lines should go next.

Been waiting for almost an hour for my pick up order. They didn’t have it and had to go back into the store to “re-grab it” again. It was 2 items!

Small walmart with a very small parking lot. Particularly thought the parking lot was too small. Nowhere for someone to park without there being cars in the spaces next to you.

Don't order curbside if you have more than 3 items. If you do they will cancel the order. I ordered 29 hours prior and still got canceled.

Whoever is the manager of the curbside pick up should be fired!!!! O have been waiting for almost 2 hrs for my order with no communication that just keep saying they do y know what’s going on. When I ask to speak with the manager they said they are working too! I understand being short staffed but communication is key

The entire city only have 1 Walmart but the customer service is bad. Didn’t even try to help the customers, straight up tell me to go to different store. After I waited 30minutes just to ask do they have that product in the store, she didn’t even bother to look for that item but tell me right away that I should go to best buy.

I have to say that they move things around that makes it difficult to find what you want but if you ask the staff they will let you know where your items are the prices are getting quite higher than what I'd like but I don't know what I can do about that matter I truly wish I could because I only shop there and it seems like they are cutting into what little savings I have and that's a large concern of mine what use to be $200. Now is close to $400. And this is over a period of about 2 or 3 months that's what our economy is guess or is it greed I don't know how to tell the difference! What do you think?
