It's funny how I'd never been in a Walmart in all my life, until earlier this year and now I'm all about them. We stopped in here to pick up some first night/first week type of items for my sons new home. His first place and I'm surprised I held it together as well as I did.We were here to grab kitchen and bath mats, shower curtain/liner/hooks, utensils, dish set, kitchen towels, air mattress/bedding/pillows all of the stuff we needed to get him squared away until his things arrive and we secure regular items.This Walmart met our needs. I couldn't get him on the Pioneer Woman line that I love, he wanted a more masculine theme ;) but we were able to secure many items to get up and running this week. I'll probably come back and buy up some Pioneer Woman stuff or ship over some Mackenzie-Childs and Le Creuset for my own sake and just store in a cabinet at his place for my own use.This may not be our go to home goods store obviously as I love Besos pricing and several other options but in a pinch when you're around town trying to get a home up and running in a few hours this place will help do the trick.Service was friendly and store associates were helpful.

slow lazy no customer services at ALL! After watching 2 employees help 1 white customer for over 20 minutes I ask for an item from the LOCKED CASE and told ok. The 2 employees went on to continue assisting the same customer. I HATE THIS LOCATION

I had a terrible experience on April 18, 23 I self check, and my neighbor who was riding with me got on the none self check line. After I scanned my items I use two cards a program card, and my Visa card to pay. I than waited for my neighbor for about 7-10 minutes, and just as we started to walk out side a Walmart employee snatched my receipt from my hand, than takes my bags out the cart, that I had already paid. She told me that I had to ringed them again, I told her that I had already had, and why would I do it again? Apparently someone just ringed their items and walked out, and by now there were 3 employees trying to make me ringed my items. I keep telling them I had paid using to of my card, but they didn't bother to mash the items with my receipt, and I could not do it because they had taken it away from me. After a while they finally believed me, and decided to check my receipt. By this time a lot of the customers has looked at me if I was a thief. And sadly none of the employees apologize to me. They were all so rude, and unprofessional, the thief got away while these employees were attacking me with out any prove, if these employees were trained properly thieves would be caught and customers won't be falsely accuse.

Tonight I had one of the worst Walmart experiences I think I've ever had.. I always price match before purchasing an item and two out of 3 of the items I was purchasing were market down on the Walmart app and were sold by Walmart, not a second hand seller. When I went to checkout the 2 items wrong up different from the online prices, so I called over an associate who -was the only one doing anything in the self checkout area, the other was just standing there- I explained the situation to her and she said she just needed her higher up to say she can mark it to the prices I found. So I waited and when the higher up walked up to me she was clearly annoyed. I explained the sit and was very rude during our exchange (which she had come over from another customer who was having price match issues as well) she gave us both the tough luck, it's not my problem responses and walked off. So much for Walmart priding themselves in price matching... especially when it's your store selling the item (again, I had checked it wasn't a secondhand seller) and having extremely poor customer servic!!

I tried calling 3 departments JUST to ask the electronics department if they had any Iphones for sale ! I got nothing but a dial tone THREE TIMES ! DO NOT CALL ! They obviously don't have enough employees to cover the phones .

Why do all of these Walmart stores want their customers to wear a mask inside of the store when we are not safe from their employees. I have been to all of their stores within Columbus Ga and Phenix City Al and will walk down an aisle only to see a Walmart employee with their masks under their chin. So Walmart, you cannot say I can't sue you if I get COVID-19 while in your store because you are policing me while you let your employees break the rules. Stop believing Trump that COVID-19 is going down when the US numbers are going up everyday. Do better but for me I am shopping at Target and Publix stores. People save yourself because Walmart employees are putting your life at risk...

If I could rate this Walmart 0 stars I would. I own a service dog in training and was extremely judged and spoken to very rudely, because of her by a few of the associates. The worst customer service I have ever received.

I will continue to tell people what a horrible store this is! Try calling for a manager for help....You will not get a call back! Watch your money when ordering online groceries! Get it screwed up and you will be waiting forever to get it corrected! Worst store in columbus georgia!

Don't ever take your vehicle to the automotive dept at the wal mart on whittlesey they are not helpful nor are they knowledgeable of their products I called to ask about battery for my truck the sales associate i spoke with said they had a battery in stock that could fit my truck so I called around to other places to get more prices however I eventually called wal mart back bc they had the best price Lori answered the phone I asked her again about the battery and she also told the battery would fit my vehicle I also asked her could they install the battery she said yes I told her I'm on my way I got there at 6 to purchase the battery and have it installed only to be told they could not install it today I would have to come back the next day I told Lori I wish I would have known that I wouldn't have come today so I waited the next day I got there around 815 and was told it would be a 2 hour wait for my battery to be installed so I left my truck there to only be called 3 hours later from a sales associate saying the battery does not fit my truck!!!!!! I was so livid!!! So I returned to wal mart to get a refund and take my services else where I asked the other associate about the battery to only be told it must have been a new person who told me the battery would fit my truck and if was her or lori they knew better I then told her Lori is the one who sold me the battery !!!!! They then took forever to return my money due to no money being in the register then they left the battery that couldn't fit inside my truck !!!!!!!! Needless to say I will never return to this wal mart automotive department for anything again their customer service is horrible !!!!!
