I pulled in thru the pharmacy pickup and told the employee I had four prescriptions and one would be in the refrigerator. Thinking my saying this might save time since a few times they were unable to locate the prescription. The girl snapped back at me and said. "I know, I went to school" I asked for her name and she said Nae and then sharply spelt it to me. Think I will go in from now on.

Been doing business with Walgreens for 15 years and always had good service but never thought this Walgreens would be any different but it was horrible service and out of the meds I needed.dont recommend this Walgreens

Thomas Chettana is the best pharmacist ever. He is friendly and professional.The pharmacy staff was very nice today. Ashley and Kimberly were very helpful.Kimberly and Robin helped me at the photo counter. They went beyond and downloaded the Walgreens app for me because the kiosk was not working today.My vaccination and photo prints went smoothly. Thank you everyone for being so pleasant to deal with.My vaccination

They have the worst people there, my son it’s on the autism spectrum and has adhd he needs his meds but every single month it’s the same they don’t have his prescription on time and I always make sure to refill a couple days prior and they are so rude and unprofessional

I was gave appointment for covid vaccine and they didn't have any when I got there. The clerk said he was too busy to call me. I won't take my business to Walgreens ever.

The pharmacy almost opened on time. But that is not my complaint. If you can’t at least pretend to be courteous just know that we all have a choice and Columbus doesn’t have just one pharmacy. I received great customer service from Walgreens when I was visiting FL recently and decided to try them at home in Columbus. First and last visit. Will not be moving my prescriptions. I know help is supposed to be hard to find but I always said I would rather have a vacancy than wish I had one. Find a way to hire some better staff. 9:15 AM 9-12-23

I have only rated 5 stars for Briana in the pharmacy she helped my husband get his prescription that is normally $200+ down to $52 and she was very nice and efficient. Thanks

I would give a rating of 0 stars if I could! The worst customer service ever at this Walgreens! I've never been handled that way! I asked two cashier women who were chatting amongst themselves to help me find an item I had seen online, but neither of them was interested in helping and instead pointed in the exact opposite direction of what I was looking for. They were talking about other customers in front of me and never inquired as to whether I had found the item. I will never return to this store.

They said my meds would be ready by 2:30. Came back and then they changed it to 4:30. Mind you, I don’t live close by. Very unprofessional and unorganized.

The pharmacist manager couldn't understand English when I told him I want to pay partially. I have been to ever Walgreens pharmacy and they do partial pay. He just ran my card without listening to any customer. Horrible service and I will not be returning. I will be doing a full complaint against him also.
