This particular Pharmacy Sucks; and Wynnton Road wasn't any better before they closed. When this location do answer the phone, They will hang up the phone in your face; very unprofessional. Do we have any decent professional Pharmacies in Columbus???

I have a Savings Card for medication that I take. It saves me $15 after my insurance pays. There is a process that has to be done at the Pharmacy(SDL). Tameka is always nice and knows what I need. I appreciate her smile each month too.

I would like to recognize a young lady in the pharmacy today. I am not sure of her name. I ask her about a medication that I couldn’t afford to get at the time was it available. She then said hold and gave me a coupon to use. This helped with today medication and the future one from December I very well needed thanks. I didn’t get the same treatment back in December it was cash or insurance or get nothing.

This is the slowest and most uncaring pharmacy. They used to be friendly and efficient but lately they have been horrible. I was told my prescriptions would be ready in 1 hour. 1.5 hours later and they still are not ready. This is my last time using Walgreen's pharmacy.

Their system was down for a day and I couldn't get my medications. I spent the rest of the day with pain, queasyness, sweats, intense shaking, and trouble staying concious. We asked them if they could just send it to a different pharmacy and they said no. I'd have to wait. If I go too much longer without my medication I could end up in the hospital.

When I went to the store to purchase a battery for my key fob. The cashier forget to put it in my bag so I called back to ask did she have it. She stated that I left it I said NO you forgot to put it in my bag and could you just apologize for that. She said that she was busy with other customers then I ask for a manager. Ashley got on the phone and didn’t apologize either told me that the clerk was outside, having an anxiety attack.I tried calling back several times But they would never answer my calls. so I called from another number and they answered stating that they were busy.The next day I went to the pharmacy to talk with Ashley about the situation. she then said that I can’t make her apologize to you. I told her as manager she could let her know that the customer was right and just apologize and let it go. But she said no I’m not going to do that. I said well just give me my money back and I’ll leave the store. Ashley then said you will leave the store or I’m calling the police which she did. I stayed there until six police officers arrived. One of the officers listen to my story, and the other one went to the back. So the other officer came back and told me I had to leave I said, can I get my money or my battery? He then said no, I had to leave and could never return back to the store, so I went to my car. While sitting in my car, one of the officers brought my battery back to me that the cashier forgot to put in my bag.Customer service was awful. Ashley has no management skills what so ever.As a paying customer, she should have instructed the cashier to apologize to me and that would’ve been it. It was the principle of the whole situation could have been avoided with one apology.

The Pharmacy here is terrible. The woman behind the counter was terribly rude...and they wouldn't even honor a Goodrx coupon! Which was the only reason I sent my script there to begin with!!!

The staff are amazing and they know their customers/patients. Their Pharmacist are helpful and gracious. The store manager is the best they've ever had.

So my daughter has a lot of chronic pain due to the disease that she has and it's like if you go too much to a doctor they peg you as an addict if you wait like her doctor told her to and advise her to wait until she's out of the other medication or almost out then pick up the medication and that's what she did or attempted to do but the staff at Walgreens here on Macon road refuses to give her medicine telling her that you're supposed to feel your prescriptions and pick it up as soon as you drop it off well that is not what her pain management doctor advised her so they're holding her medication hostage shame on you so my daughter is in a lot of pain now and they refuse and I do state refused to give her medication stating they have to reach out to her doctor who is the person that advised her to do what she did yet they are punishing her shame on those people there
