I have never had anything bad to say about Walgreens Pharmacy until now. After waiting for a long time in line for a prescription pickup. Didn't realize when I finally got up to, the drive-thru window now it was closing time. Instead of this guy saying sorry for the long wait, unfortunately, we are close or something. This rude guy looks me dead in the face, doesn't say anything, then acts like he didn't see me! Then threw up a sign that said PHARMACIST NOT ON DUTY! He tried to throw it up so fast that the sign fell back down. Smh. Lol. Ridiculous!

I go here regularly and the overall service is fine. I've never had any bad experiences. The store is in good shape.

I scheduled a COVID test on 8/18 and the first available day was today 8/21. Today I wake up to another confirmation email for my 10am appt, which is 35 minutes away from my house. I drive all the way there to be told that they cannot do my test today because the manager has to approve it \\u0026 they have reached out and cannot get in touch with him. The least they could’ve done is call me before I wasted my time \\u0026 I could’ve tried finding another place to go.

Horrible pharmacy. Confused and disfunctional then became down right disrespectful and nasty. I went there yesterday with my hand scrips and was told they would be ready today. I returned today and was told none could be picked up today. That one came to me in the mail. Not accurate. The other was noted by the provider for the 10th which is incorrect because the hand script I received yesterday from my provider and given to them said the 7th. So as I’m trying to sirt this ove

The wait is extremely terrible here. The orders are never ready. The non existent customer service is deplorable.

HORRIBLE service in the pharmacy department. I usually use a different Walgreens but used this (Wynnton Rd.) one today but NEVER AGAIN. Waited on hold for over 30 min (not a big deal) but when someone finally came on the line she accused me of yelling at her. While trying to explain I wasnt yelling I was actually just repeating myself a little louder (due to HER background noise) she put me on hold (literally while i was in the middle of explaining) and then a guy comes on the line and his attitude was horrible as well.

I have chronic back problems and have had spinal fusion surgery. 6he pharmacist at the one on Macon and university would not fill m6 pain pills and was rude about it

Not the best service. Tired of having to drive all the way to Phenix City in order to be treated like a decent human being by the employees here. Would not recommend.
