“Called during lunch on a Friday about my elderly dogs eye suddenly not focusing. They called me back immediately opening and got me in within a couple of hours. All the front staff was sweet my anxious guy. The doctor and vet tech were so good with my grouchy guy. They were nice to him and handled him so well. Could not have asked for a better visit in a scary time. Now we are on to treatment for his eye. Thank you guys for treating my furbaby so well!”

“I Love Dr Houston and the staff.My dog Buddy was diagnosed with Cancer,and they were wonderful.Buddy had to have his leg removed, but needless say they were great and my Buddy lived 3 more years..although the cancer came back (a different kind, that attacked his organs) Dr' houston suggested Auburn university ..i carried buddy there, costly but worth it !!! he lived another 6 months...i am so Thankful for the oncologist in Auburn and for Dr. Carol Houston .she is amazing her and her staff...I know have 2 more babies that are under her care wouldn't have it any other way!!!!”
“I brought my kitty, Mac, in for something I KNEW was bad. I was brought to tears on multiple occasions but Dr. Kelsey was very comforting and made sure I was assured that he would be ok. She helped me even when I didn't think I could afford the bill. Nonetheless Mac is staying for the next week and we all have hopes that he'll pull through.”
“As one of my regular vets, i took my dog there for an emergency surgery, but because it was best to get the operation done ASAP and they didnt have any availability that day, they recommended I take her somewhere she can be operated same day and had a full list of other vets in the area phone # & address, and was even friendly enough to go down that list in order of who i should call first based on price and who they thought most likely to see her same day. Thats putting ethics over profit. So for that, I know my animals life is more important to them than telling me i should be able to wait it out and bring her back to them so they make the cash.”
“Dr. Lucas is my Llindi's (7 yr old Boston Terrier) primary physician. I consider both Lindi and I to be very blessed to have a vet home with Weems Road. I inherited her when my Brother and his wife passed away 5 days a part. Lindi has had several very serious illnesses and EVERYONE in this clinic has shown a level of concern & compassion I wish my medical doctor and his staff had. You discover very quickly that you could not find a better practice to entrust your Fur-baby's health and well-being”
“Dr. Hilton has been our family vet for several years. Her new practice is nice and spacious. They have a covered drive through they use to drop off and pick up pets. It's very convenient. Dr. Hilton is thorough and pleasant.”

“Pet Supermarket on Macon Road , Columbus, Ga is the place for Pet Food and Accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient. The climate is so relaxing upon entering. I look forward to shopping at Pet Supermarket. There is a major variety of Dog food and play things for my Pit Bull-Terrier. I have made friends there and this is the only Pet store I shop in . Thank you for being so nice and helpful. Enjoy looking at the Kittens, birds, gerbils, fish tanks just everything. Hats off to Pet Supermarket! September 21, 2023”
“They have less vets, so not able to do as much as last year, but 2 of my girls are currently being spayed. I'm very thankful for this place and the staff.They was able to schedule all 6 of my male cats next day, took great care of them, and worked with me on my budget. “I had to take my very old and sick cat, Lola, to Double Churches Animal clinic. It was decided euthanasia was the kindest route. I have never been to this clinic, but everyone was so incredibly nice and demonstrated a great deal of humanity. They even gave me a hand written card with a wonderful message. They have definitely earned a new customer. Thanks to all the staff that assisted in Lola's journey across the rainbow bridge.”
