I needed to find appliances before moving into a house. I shopped several places in Phenix City and then Valley appliance. One place in Phenix City had junk, I was not impressed. The next place I went was over priced and had no layaway. Then I shopped at Vally appliances. Good prices, has a warranty, and offered layaway. Was impressed so far, will see how it goes once I load them in the truck and move them into the house.

No call no showed on delivery of my stove that my contractor and I were waiting for, I took off work for the appointment. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau soon after. Days later the manager or owner, Lane, ambushed me while in my vehicle yelling at me about the complaint. It was very hostile and confrontational. I would recommend anyone stay very clear of this business, and especially Lane. Too bad he didn't take it up with his scheduler, whom was the person in fault here, not me.

Great place to shop if you can't afford new appliances. Bought a used refrigerator in great shape and very clean for less than half price.

Extremely overpriced don't waste your time. They're selling washers and dryers used for 550.00-600.00 when you can get new ones for that amount.
