Horrible experience today. I needed to do a change of address for my 93 year old father that we moved into assisted living. There was a line of people filling the main room and the overflow waited in the adjoining room. My father (an army veteran) on oxygen with severe COPD sat on his rollator while I waited in line. When I got to the front desk and provided my father’s ID, the worker said my father needed to be there. I pointed to my father and he said he needed to come to the desk. That lazy postal worker couldn’t even walk 5 feet to verify his identity. I was appalled this is how postal workers are treating disabled people and will be escalating this. My comment to the postal worker (Alan) was ‘you sure aren’t making this easy on disabled people’. His comment: they don’t make it easy on us. Just no words.

Just received two packages (in mailbox), but my third package was labeled "Could not deliver due to issues: driveway and front door unaccessible". This is a LIE.... The glass front door was open and nothing obstructing the driveway. They were too lazy to drive up and leave it on the porch... AND, we have been here all day. I needed that package today and was assured it would be delivered today.......

Postmaster apparently did not scan in my package after he helped me package an item I was returning to a company for a refund, so now the package is lost in Narnia and I'm out $160. Customer Service asked me if I asked him to scan it as if I was supposed to know their operating procedures (he had to scan the padded envelope for me to purchase it, which I paid for). Was told to wait for the package to show up at the next processing center. It's been 2.5 weeks and still no update and tracking says it's still waiting for me to drop it off.
Avoid mailing things thru the USPS at all costs, especially this location.

I love this Post Office. They work fast, they are always kind. I use this post office all the time to mail packages to my daughter overseas. They have always helped me and this office is never backed up like the one on Milgen Rd. I will never use another one now that I have found this little place. Thanks guys you do an awesome job!

This is honestly the worst post office I have ever dealt with I travel for work and have got packages all over the country I'm currently staying here taking care of my mother and these people will not give me my packages on time. Took a week after I got tracking delivered confirmation to actually get a package

I sent 2 envelopes the Saturday before Christmas that hasn't been delivered. I've been calling for the last 3 hours to someone picking up the phone, waiting for a minute, then hanging up on me. After reading the reviews, I have very little hope that my gift cards will arrive to my family members.This is terrible. If anyone from the United Post office cares, please send me an email. This is bad service. I will not utilize this branch again.

I had a pkg that was showing delivered but wasn’t in mail locker. I called an automated line and the actual post master, Monica, called me back in a couple hours. She handled it- had it found put on my porch (thanks Kim!)Mistakes are possible in any business, esp post office. To err is human. To follow-up and remedy the situation, is divine!

Probably one of the worst post offices I've ever been to. Went in for a small stack of padded envelopes, and was told that they don't ever have them in that they're not allowed to order them. Which is a lie, because in the next town over I can get them when they have them in, and they order them all the timeJust pure laziness

I've been using this Post Office for years. The employees are professional and friendly. I've sent packages 2x weekly to deployed family members, I've shipped packages to customers once or twice a week, and I've had all my questions answered. Great place.

The blue drop box on the outside of this post office is a black hole. If you drop your mail in it, it will NEVER, EVER arrive at it’s destination. It will never be found, and it will never be returned to sender. I’ve stopped dropping off mail at this location after the only two times I’ve dropped mail there were never delivered and lost…..FOREVER. Go to the location on Warm Springs instead. My gut feeling is that someone that clears out that mailbox is either stealing mail or just being negligent and throwing it away. This is based on my experience and after reading other comments from other reviews.
