I never get my packages on time. Sometimes they deliver it to the wrong house and when it does state that is delivered they keep on saying that it’s in a locker with no address and have to wait days until I get my package after complaining multiple times.

Tried getting someone on the phone for over 30 minutes , finally some guy answered and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept cutting me off everytime i went to speak and when i asked him to stop and to let me speak he got an attitude and told me no because he already knew what i was going to say even tho he didnt , he just didnt want to help in any way . I always have problems with my mail and/or packages not getting delivered. When i told him he didnt know what i was going to say and to just let me speak that he was being rude he hung up on me

The person needs instructions as to where to put my package. Says the mailbox is too small. Leaves a form to fill out and still doesn't bring it. I call the hotline and give instructions as to deliver to my front porch. It still doesn't arrive. It's a chair...I sense pure laziness.

Not getting my mail. The information delivery app says I'm supposed to receive mail and it usually doesn't arrive until days later. ( Including priority packages that are marked for delivery)Are y'all ok over there? Short staffed or something? I really would like to get my mail today ! Been waiting for three days on a package that says it's waiting for delivery scan. ??♀️

Very helpful and friendly staff. Not a long line like the main post office. It was a quick trip.

They’re super helpful at this location. Milgen road for some reason stopped delivering my packages so they end up going here. It’s super inconvenient but at least they’re sending them to a location with friendly, helpful staff that understand the frustration.

When an employee at this location goes on vacation that leaves one person there at the Post Office and the PO boxes don't get serviced .... The lone employee services only the walk up to the desk customers.... The smell of cigarette smoke is real bad as well.
