“Bought a Honda Odyssey from there a month or so ago now. We are not expecting perfection from the vehicle, as it is used (and probably abused) by its previous owner. They have cars that are nicer and cars that are not as nice, but the sales guy is a good guy and the vehicle runs and gets us around town. Being that we bought an older high mileage Honda we are pretty confident that it'll only last us a few years, but the price was right for sure. Easy sales process, you just pick your car, put down the money and do the test drive, then sign and drive away. Seriously zero credit check, and they don't even check your income. Just give em the down payment and make your monthly payments, and as long as you're not expecting a brand new car for used cash car prices you'll be happy!”

“I came in at about 2pm ready to get down to business and by 4pm we were just about wrapped up. Andre, my salesman, was polite, and not pushy at all.The experience was great until I pulled out and the nightmare happened. My car started squealing the moment I pulled out of the lot. I turned around and Andre drove with me a moment to see what I was talking about. Basically without question, Andre was getting details sorted out for the issue to be looked at and resolved. “Not sure where to start. I saw the car online, clicked on the “is this available”, left my number and email. Immediately received a text and a call. I was excited it was available. I live about an hour and 45 min away. Arrived the next day and began the ownership process. Richard met me right away and it was smooth sailing. He assigned Keith to accomplish the sale and he was awesome. Then Brian walked me through the my Chevy app and we were done. While this is a brief synopsis of the events it does not include all the details and the professionalism each employee gave me. I’ve have never been called Mr Logan so many times in one sitting. “Overall ExperienceAt first you'll be apprehensive but Carvana came through for an online/text vehicle purchase. With technology there can be hiccups but it works out. I waited until I received my vehicle plates and registration which is the final transaction. I have to say it was a good experience. I would do it again.As far as ease in progress and/or applying it was easy. The text service is weird but it worked. The text service can improve but not a deal breaker; I'm happy with my Truck. Also, the prices choices, and mileage are way better than actual dealerships--keep that in mind when you're about to take that online car shopping venture.Thanks Carvana”

“2 ladies and 1 mechanic that helped us were great. They didn't hassle us once we got on the lot and looked at their cars. They did a very good job not breathing down your neck as you looked at cars...they kept their distance but not far away enough to where you couldn't call them over to ask a question.They gave us 30 minutes to test drive each car and once we started the buying process, they were very understanding and down to business. They are very professional and courteous. We were missing a few documents and they allowed us to still buy the car as long as we returned the documents at a later time. If you put effort into a commitment with them, they will give you the same effort back. I recommend going here with a mechanic or if not, take the car on a test drive and drive it to a mechanic!”
