I went to the UPS store at the Bradley Park location. The staff there was so friendly they went above and beyond to help me with my return and they packaged my item so well. I normally go to the Macon Rd location, but the customer service at this location is superb. Two thumbs way way up ?

I want to start of by saying that ( I’m not sure if it was a race thing but it definitely gave unwelcoming) so I went in today 10/12/23 and there were 3 Caucasian ladies and I walked in and literally nobody greeted me , I stood there for maybe 3-5 mins without a hello, good morning, how may I help nothing so I was very disappointed in that because I know clearly they saw me because the store is but so big but anywho even the lady that helped me wasn’t welcoming so again disappointed. The staff might new some new training on how to welcome customers because that was nowhere near greet customer service , from coming in to walking out I was pissed. So won’t be going there again. I've been having packages shipped to this location for a long time and was never charged a fee to have it delivered there for me to pick up my package. I went to this location on 6/16/2023 and was charged. I was told I was charged because I do not have an online account (which I do). I called the customer service number and was told it was an error, that I should never have been charged because I do have an account, and they would escalate to dispatch for a review and a call back. . Of course I never got that return call. I called and did a chat with UPS corporate and was told it's up to the store's discretion if they charge or not. To me this is just extra money they are taking for nothing. So I'm charged on 6/16/2023 and not charged 6/20/2023 getting the exact same service...picking up a package. Either charge or don't but don't change it up based on how you feel that day. Be professional!

The worst UPS Store. I had to give it a one star just to post this.Only one person working register inside during lunch hour…at least 4-5 people running around pretending to be busy. Scanner person for returns, sitting outside on break eating at table people were supposed to bring returns to. When asked if she was doing returns she said “No I am on break”. And continued to eat… Very unprofessional. I work in a job myself where if someone needs something and they come to you because you look to be available, then you help. That’s respect and customer service.I was on my lunch break and limited time. This was my second time this week going to this store to do this return. I won’t be back to this location….
