Their drivers would rather drop packages any where but at our home because there is a gate. I've called customer service repeatedly about one and they won't direct me to a supervisor. UPS is the worst.

I do not understand your delivery guys. My address is posted clearly on my mailbox and they still send package after package to the wrong address. This is a Poor excuse for a delivery service

I had a return that specifically said return to the UPS STORE after being at school all day I drive to this location and the old hag at the front desk says that it can’t be returned there when the package says return at ups store and also the box the package was delivered in said to return ay the ups store! Smh get better employees or close down!!

The laziest delivery people ever. Been waiting on a package to be delivered. I’ve been home for 3 days straight since it’s a package I have to sign for. The delivery person instead of knocking or Ringing my door bell put a Sorry we missed you and left. Didn’t even try to make the delivery so apparently I am supposed to sit outside of my house when it’s 90°+ when I have a UPS package and watch for them for their 4 hour delivery window God Forbid I should work or need to do something inside. This happens all the time at my house. Yesterday They damaged my other package so Now I’m waiting on another package I’ll have to sign for.

Believe all the one star reviews, this place is absolutely worthless. I went to find out what happened to my package that tracking told me had been at the facility for days. They did not even check and told me it was probably sent back and could not give me any reason why. I had to stick around and force them to even check if it was there. I honestly doubt they even checked but they went in the back for a few minutes before coming back and shrugging their shoulders and offering no solution. They gave me phone numbers to call and file a claim because they said they can’t do anything themselves. At least one of the numbers was for a scam medical call center of some kind. The only actual UPS number just informs you that you can’t file a claim on the phone. This place and the people working there are the most useless you could ever encounter.

The main UPS in Columbus is a complete dumpster fire!!! It is a shining example of the complete apathy in this society. Let’s start with the customer parking!? Or the lack of it. It’s like a NASCAR parking lot.. there is more often than not no where for “customers” to park. Hours! If the lack of good parcel carriers wasn’t so small, this company would be out of business!! I really enjoy the fact that they have the paper covering the glass so you can’t actually see that somebody’s in the office as they hide from doing their jobs! Basically most of the business day this place is closed. 0830-1030… 1830-2030 really!? I’ve lived in Columbus a long time, the same woman is working on that front desk that apparently doesn’t even know how to do a shipping label. You are directed to some absolute antiquated computer from the 70s. The monitor keyboard and mouse are filthy, dirty and apparently touched by who knows how many people over the years. Now YOU! are directed to sign in with passwords and usernames, I mean come on what does the woman at the front desk do? This garbage employee has worked herself into an effortless job! About four years ago they lost a $2500 box that they swore up and down was delivered to my front porch on a day that my entire family was home. Dog didn’t bark, doorbell wasn’t rang, middle of the day nothing was delivered. I know for a fact that TV size box was not delivered. When did it become standard operating procedure, for a company “Paid” to delivering your property to abandoned accountability your property on your front porch? Or you have to run around town if it’s not dropped off and try to retrieve it.
This company should be ashamed of itself! In the almost 20 years I’ve lived here it’s never been good!

Supposedly, my package was delivered December 20th, last Wednesday. However, it needed a signature and I wasn't home. The UPS note stated that my package would be taken to the Talokas Lane store. My package wasn't not there. I have been calling the Belfast location in Columbus, Ga. and cannot get anyone on the phone. I have been tracking my package and realized there was a damage report on my package that I didn't report. Today, December 26th and I still have no clue where my package is. It's crazy that no one can track down the driver to see exactly what happened to my package. So unprofessional!

Why is there no way to call in and talk to someone in the building? Is there no phone in there? I was trying to figure out what the best time was for me to go by and pick up my items. I stayed late at work and drove 30 minutes out of the way to go by and found out they were not open from 6:30-8:30 pm as advertised. Now I have to go back another time when I get a chance.

Unfortunately, must agree with the previous reviewer. UPS is typically fabulous with all our deliveries. ?????This week, a merchant arranged for a pick-up of a return. An RMA code was provided and written on the side of the package (as instructed) for the driver. Contacted UPS customer service and they confirmed this guidance. To our shock and horror.... a driver left us the attached note.

They did attempt to look at where the package I was supposed to pick up was. I had texts showing UPS sent instructions for pickup that morning, but they sent the package back. It was the second one. My partner needed his medications and UPS could not find our house. No one in the office could explain why or how to fix it, only to call the 800# on Monday. The 800# blocks you from speaking to a person unless you say specific words and your tracking number shows up in the system. My situation did not. I finally reported the package missing and left a very detailed message. It did finally get UPSs attention and some of the medications were rerouted back, still missing one. UPS coded the package that the receiver requested pickup which we did not and had no idea the medications were sitting there. It was a bad situation and the place for help was very little help. They have no policies in place for people who live together with different last names to get the other's packages and did not care or offer any solutions on what to do if this happens again to a person with limited mobility after a stroke. Yet another reason the delivery to our home was so important.

A package, was delivered to me on 7/13/23. As of today 7/24/23, I still haven't received my package. I was given an excuse of them having a NEW DRIVER, due to the OLD DRIVER, being out on vacation. I gave specific instructions for directions to my house & also included my phone number & my package was never delivered. Everytime I checked the UPS WEBSITE to get an update on my package, it was labeled as UNABLE TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS! One minute my package is in process of being delivered, up until it's time for my package to be delivered, then a MEMO, will pop up, UNABLE TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS. I talked to the supervisor at this location & was told that the driver was across the street from my house. I immediately went outside to check on the driver & to give them assistance with directions & lol, no one hadn't seen a UPS truck anywhere or anytime during the day. UPS is an unprofessional BUSINESS & they don't care about their customers. MEMO: this only open 4hrs during the day, which makes it impossible to pickup your packages.
