Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. First time doing business with them in December I had to constantly check up and see if they even started the work. Then I had to get some of the work redone due to damages to the surface the sticker was on. They charged me for two stickers and colors when I asked for one thing and one color and wrong size after I said this is all I need printed numerous times to the owner too. Gotta call every few days to see if done or started. So they made it second time and never called to tell me it was done and STILL wrong, hopefully they can get right on the third time. Not happy and once I get the work they owe me I’ll never use again.

I've used Unique for my team's uniforms for years. They always look great and I usually get them at least a week early. Byron will go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. The entire staff is friendly and helpful.

We had a great experience with Unique Sports. They worked with us to get our players sized correctly, to find the right colors to consistently match each part of our uniforms, to ensure our uniforms were ready on time and our players are thrilled with the final product. We will definitely take our business back to Julie and Byron at Unique Sports in the future.

I'm going to be real honest and nice. I would not work for byron whitehead. unless you want to be lied to, manipulated and frankly treated like crud. Also he will call you a liar real quick for his tax fraud. He doesn't have workers comp and nothing is up to osha standards. so in all honesty I wouldnt do business nor work for him at unique sports and apparel. I hope you find this review helpful.
