After today I wouldn't use any other towing service in Columbus! They showed up to help me out of an emergency situation within minutes! Extremely professional, kind and efficient. I am so glad they were there to help.

Jason and the guys at Tuffy's are always there when needed! I had a friend lock her keys and her baby in her car today, called Tuffy's and they were there in 10 minutes to get the door open. Thank God for you guys!!

I forgot to leave my review after using them but they are awesome! They prioritize emergency cases. They are very professional and will help you in a time of need. My Daughter's car broke down this afternoon and I called to get the car picked up . By the time I got to her which was about 15 mins the truck was pulling up. And it was raining heavily . The driver hooked the car up and had it on The way to the shop. Couldn't ask for better service . Thank you!

Brian picked us up in record time! I talked to Jason and told him how my granny's car was in need of a tow and Triple AAA was not doing it for us. Brian literally called us and came within 20 minutes and dropped us in 10. When I tell you these folks are a God given gift. Will use in the future!!Service: Car towing

It was 97 degrees today and Called Tuffy's Towing for our company's delivery vehicle had blow out on JR Allen approx 10 miles outside of Midland. "DAVID" was prompt, professional and helpful in getting our driver back up and running. I will keep Tuffy's Towing in my phone. Thank you so much again.

Tuffy’s is the best in Columbus and the entire area. They have helped me out so many times. I don’t know what I would have done without the owner, Jason, and his amazing team. They go above and beyond every single time I’ve used them. One time I had a wreck and my car was about to get towed by the contracted City tow service. I was literally sitting in my totaled car calling Tuffy’s before I even got out. They showed up within minutes and saved me from being saddled with runaway expenses from the overpriced and under-quality service the city contracts with. Jason took my broken car to the best place in town to get evaluated. The next thing I knew, my car was totaled and I had a big fat insurance check in my hand. It was all because Jason and the Tuffy’s team responded perfectly and had all the right answers above and beyond the call of duty. The price was so reasonable and Jason even helped me find a replacement vehicle I could afford. Trust Tuffy’s. I do!!!!

The worst customer service EVER! The driver did not notify us he was at our residence and just dropped our INOPERABLE car BACKWARDS on the WRONG SIDE OF THE STREET! We called them immediately about the illegal drop. We were yelled at and were chastised because we said the DRIVER was INEXPERIENCED! SMH. He said because we were upset and downed his driver,he wasn't going to rectify the situation. I even have pictures! We called the POLICE!Service: Car towing
