We just stayed at another TownePlace in Aurora Colorado, it was a 3 star hotel, quite nice and true to it's advertisement. This hotel is rated 2.5, it should be 1.5. And that's being generous. Marriott should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone unless $$ is the determining factor. I Paid $425 for 3 nights.Noteworthy details: The hotel advertises itself as having breakfast, that's a lie! They have cheap coffee[was lukewarm at 8am], yogurt(s), juice lemon water and the cheap tiny red apples. If you got the yogurt, there is no cutlery in site. The front desk had no attendant. The room..I don't even wanna go there! The hallway looks like it hasn't been vacuumed for days. We drove 7hrs arriving at 12am and by 8am we had decided to take a lose and find other accommodations.

Quiet except some highway noise. Rooms could use updating, carpet is fraying, scratched up couch. Small kitchenette in rooms, breakfast available each morning. Needs comfortable. Easy highway access.

I absolutely loved this place... everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was a 5 star for me...it was so comfortable. I had some the best sleep on the bed. But most of all it was the staff that left a dearing impression on me. I must name them all! Ms (A.J which is Regional) and (Mrs Theresa GM), (Mrs Amber AGM) (Crystal Front Desk Agent), (Goldyn Front Desk Agent). And a shout out too all the housekeeping staff that made sure that I had a clean room. I will always stay here when I am on travel or pleasure. Thank you all at the TownPlace Suites.

After a long day of traveling back to the place I met my wife for the first time. This was our ten year anniversary and was very excited. But someone decided to try to still our identity though our bank. So needless to say we had a lot of trouble checking in to the hotel. Alex and Sherod was patient and went way above customer service and helped us so much. We have a place to stay and saved our anniversary ❤️. My wife is very happy now. Thanks so much for all yall done to help us. ? God bless you and your family's and Town Place is very lucky to have you both.

We absolutely loved this place... everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed was the star for me...it was so comfortable. We had recently stayed at the Hampton and the bed was horrible. We wanted to take this bed home...??

Just stayed one night for some personal matter. The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly but it fell short of my expectation for a Marriot brand hotel, especially hardware. The major problem is the space is really cramped, the breakfast area is tiny so that it is hard to find a nice spot to enjoy food peacefully, some cars were parked on the driveways, and the room is smaller than the TownePlace that I stayed somewhere else before. I gave up my plan to enjoy a tub bath after seeing an evident stain at the bottom of the tub, the tub faucet needs maintenance as it is hard to adjust the temperature. The coffee station provides only sweetened creamer, and when I asked for half & half, I was told to use some whole milk from the breakfast area instead.

Great staff. Typical breakfast. Rooms need touch ups and small maintenance. Pool needs some refresh. Wasp nests were growing all over one of the buildings.

Really enjoyed staying here. Clean rooms and pool seemed sanitary. Lady at the front desk was nice and the morning breakfast was great!

Stayed here for business for 9 days. It's close to restaurants and stores and it's really nice to have a kitchen! The closet was very spacious. The down side was that they only clean once every 7 days or do a "daily refresh". My room was not particulary clean to beging with. My sheets had stains on them and by day 4 I could have used clean sheets and some refills on things like body wash (the pump was empty when I checked in), dishwasher soap, a fresh towel or two, and fresh dish towels. And my carpet was rather dirty when I checked in so that needed vacuumed as well. On day 4 in the late afternoon I asked the front desk if housekeeping would be coming. They let me know they already left for the day. I asked if I could get towels and was told they were out. No dishwasher detergent or body wash refills either. I was allowed to at least borrow a vacuum cleaner so I could clean the floors, but it didn't work well at all. The lady at the front desk just sort of shrugged her shoulders as if to say "sorry about your luck". The next day, housekeeping knocked on the door and I was so relieved! The housekeeper said "You don't need anything, do you?" I told her yes, I needed everything! And I left the room so she could clean. I got a couple towels. That's it. No sheets, no refill on body wash. And the one dish towel I had she took and replaced with a pot holder. No clean dish towel. Now on other positive notes, several other people at the front desk were very helpful regarding other questions I had and check in and out were great. Breakfast had a lot to offer and as someone who has a gluten allergy, I appreciated the gluten free offerings they had on a few mornings. Otherwise, the pool was closed a large portion of my time there- no reason given- and the coffee in the lobby was often cold and very weak. And unfortunately I found a German cockroach on the kitchen floor one day after coming in from work. Note the best and not the worst.Walkability: Not walkableFood & drinks: Coffee not hot and very weak. Some gluten free items at breakfast. A pretty large selection of breakfast items most days. But only if the person in charge outs a food order in.

While the service and staff are wonderful, the hotel needs a serious makeover! TownePlace Suites is one of the higher end hotels under the Marriott brand, and the overall appearance of the hotel should be better than it was. Even the dining area has issues such as the cabinets needed to be replaced, etc.

Honestly this hotel is subpar. Front area has been updated, but rooms and carpet are not on point. The wall unit VRV leaked consistently and had most of the carpet wet the entire 3 days stay. Plus the GM isn't really helpful or truly understanding of what hospitality is. We had an issue that involved one of the front desk clerks and instead of just making it right she played the blame game. This comes from people who travel and understand what true service is so we're just presenting the facts, If you want cheap prices + mediocre this is hotel is for you. I would also verify when staying if you are staying in a room where pets are present because I'm pretty sure they are not shampooing the carpets after every stay.TownPlace Suites are usually ok, and we took a chance with this one, but I will not booking TownPlaces anymore because of the GM's inability to understand the hospitality industry.

The room smelled like urine. The bed was horrible, the pullout bed was broke. The breakfast was very poor just had eggs and sausage one day and added bacon the next day. Hotel is very outdated. Will never stay here again.

Very friendly workers but never got room service and there was several hairs from a past guest I’m guessing. I didn’t complain but I didn’t check on app to not receive towels or service for the 3 days. Convenient location just off the highway and beside another Marriott. Workers were all very helpful, kind and had a smile that was a glimpse of fresh air. Not sure but I think some people are living there on the 2nd floor and smelled little like pot but nothing to go get management about but kids were running up and down hallways and somebody kept going up and down the stairs and opening door until 2am but again there was a state track tournament in town so it could have been teens. If so then I don’t blame them I was them one day. ?? I’ll probably stay there or Mariott next door next trip.
