I was so impressed with finally meeting an honest mechanic. We were unaware of the fact that the trunk was opening on the Kia sarento because my husband had the other set of keys near the vehicle. He diagnosed the problem and didn't charge for letting us know what we were doing. I have recommended this clinic to multiple people. Love the reception we receive going in. They are very friendly and make you feel so welcomed.

All seemed to go well with the replacement engine I got in March, but by July I had to bring my car back with a blown engine. It was deter.ined it was inside the engine and not our fault. Then it was time to get a replacement for the replaced engine. It was one excuse after another, it was ordered but then it wasn't because the company gave it to someone else, then the company went out of business, but then it was in business under a different name but same phone number. Finally at the end of September, I have my car back, but not before they found nearly 900 dollars more repairs unrelated to the engine. Although I paid over 7000 dollars for work and engine the first time, and it was under a 6 month warranty, the second engine was not given a 6 month warranty, and told the warranty left on the first engine was what I get. I insisted on getting the months it sat in the shop waiting for them to get the second engine. I may be a female in my 70s but I am not stupid. This is the first step in my complaint. It is your choice to go here, do not be taken advantage of, way too many excuses and they don't add up.

Go elsewhere, seriously. I went in on Monday so he could see what the problem was and that way I could go ahead and pay, to order the part, if needed. He looked at the issue (which was a plug and play) and told me that he would be able to fix it, but that I would have to drop it off early in the morning so he had all day to fix it. I called out of work Tuesday and dropped off my vehicle around 8:30am. 2 hours later, I receive a call, they are not able to fix it and that it was going to cost almost $700 to repair, this is not including the $110 that he was charging me for the diagnostic, that I had to pay upon pickup when he had seen the problem the day before. I went straight to the Toyota dealership, after picking up my car and they charged me 208 (it came out to 228 including tax) for the part that I needed and $79 for labor. Save your time and money.

Imagine this… you give a guy 1500 dollars (after he quotes you at around 425), “fixes” your damaged vehicle, then 3 weeks later you come back with the same issue… which HE CHARGES YOU FOR INSPECTING. THE ISSUE THAT HE MESSED UP. Wait, it gets better. Then, after you try to express your frustration about the situation, he begins screaming at you, taking shots about you being “p***y whipped” and stating “I’ve never worked for anything in my life”(even though I’ve worked my entire life). This guy is a joke, his shop is criminal, and he is the by far the worst mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. Believe me when I tell you I’m not the only one, because the two ladies who were in the shop with me were agreeing with all my frustrations, giving hand gestures and shaking their heads in favor of what I was saying. Please for the love of god go anywhere but here. Please. This guy is the worst.

I have been very pleased with the work Todd and his guys have done for me over the past several years. He is always very prompt, he follows up after his work is done to be sure everything is working correctly, his guys stayed late one evening to ensure I could get my vehicle back the same day which was huge, his repairs routinely cost less than quoted at other service shops. They were supposed to replace the value cover gasets. I watched my daughter pay them almost 400 dollars and the car still leacked oil even more then before. We had another mechanic look at the car and the other machanic showed us the gaskets had not been replaced. The same old gaskets were on the car. The gaskets were dry rotted. I called Todds automotive and they told me they had no record of the work that had been done on the car. My daughter lost the receipt so she had no proof. They kept her car for 4 days told her they replaced the value cover gaskets but they did not replace any thing . The same dry rotted gaskets was on the car. Her car ran all the way out of oil before she realized she had been ripped off.
