“Stranded on the side of a highway with a blown tire and two children is somewhat terrifying. After several frustrating calls to emergency tire and rv repair companies and State Farm roadside assistance being less helpful than google, we found CTS. Our CTS hero pulled up quickly and made repairing an inside rv tire on the side of the highway look less terrifying than it is. He got us on the road very quickly and was a pleasure to meet. “Stopped in around 5:00pm because my tire sensor light had been coming on and blinking for about a week. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in by Kim. Good timing because they were not busy at the time. They were able to quickly diagnose that I had a dead sensor battery. They were able to replace it today. It would take about 30 minutes.
Kim was professional and courteous.
I have been to this location several times and have had good experiences.”
