Jewelers Touch is the go to spot for jewelry needs. Mr. Gary was a huge help personalizing and identifying exactly what we were looking for. I had a wonderful pit stop like service to repair the deployment clasp on my Steinhart chronograph. . A very friendly and swift service for a small 22mm pin for my strap. I was charged one google review. I am so bad I did not ask for their names. Thank you so much. Yours Roger??

The older lady in there is VERY rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful, just like another reviewer mentioned. Im honestly surprised at the amount of positive reviews this place has, maybe they keep her away from the customers most days or maybe she prefers to deal with people who look more like her.

Based on the reviews I have read, I decided to give this establishment a try. I was not disappointed. The jeweler repaired my daughter’s fasten on her Tiffany bracelet, and did not charge me.Also, he repaired it less than 5 minutes!Thank you, for your kindness and great customer service.

I went to get a ring resized and they refused to do it saying the stones would pop out if the ring was sized down. They told me not to take it to another jeweler that no one would be able to do it and my ring would be ruined forever. I took it to another jeweler that was able to size the ring down perfectly with no complications or concerns. Ended up with great results

Best consumer experience I’ve had since moving to Columbus last year! I purchased a bracelet at an antique store and needed it shortened and my husbands wedding band needed sized. Michael was so kind and genuine in helping me. We decided to make a necklace out of the extra piece and he even inspected the bracelet and showed me the difference in quality of diamonds. Two days later Emily called and let me know that all three items were finished!! When I came in to pick it up she remembered me and was so sweet. They truly make you feel like family. Everything turned out perfect! I won’t go anywhere else now that I know about this little gem!
