This target is clean and orderly and has a friendly staff. Target has done an excellent job offering stylish products that have good quality and good prices. Only recommendation I would make is that Starbucks add some more ambience to the café.

I am not usually one to use apps like yelp or leave reviews but after my experience I had to. All I needed was to pick up an order for my sister, but the girl helping me had such an attitude. When I rolled down my window all I could smell was marijuana coming from her. I could tell she was high. She didn't greet me just asked for my code. The way she flung the bags she damaged some items. And when I asked for her name she didn't respond. I had to ask another employee what her name was. I found out her name is lyric and I plan to contact corporate.

I had the best experience at this Target today! I had used the curbside service to pick up a crib, mattress and a whole bunch of other household items. Two men and a woman helped me load everything into the trunk. My car was not well prepared and I didn't think it would be possible. It was one of those eyes bigger than your stomach instances.. but my car was not big enough for my "shopping spree". All three employees rocked at Jenga and fit everything in my cluttered vehicle. Everyone was so nice, friendly towards my sketchy dogs, and the whole thing was super quick! I hope they are all getting raises for going above and beyond with this curbside service! Thanks again for all your help!

I went to go buy a deep fryer to cook for my family, and noticed that it was missing pieces. I tried to return it and Troy the front end supervisor wouldn't approach me. He then tells me that he doesn't care that I just walked out the store with the item. I asked to speak with John the overall store manager and he denies me speaking to him. He then approach a white customer to assist them with there issue. No where outside was there a sign saying we're not accepting returns. I wouldn't shop there if he's the front end manager. If your black shop somewhere else in Columbus,

This Target needs to make sure that employees understand and COMPLY with social distancing during this pandemic. I was shopping and specifically trying to stay six feet away from everyone else. I had two packs of paper towels in my cart because the signs said you were limited to one pack of TP but did not mention paper towels. I was doing self checkout to try not to interact with anyone, and this employee rushed my cart, got right up in my space and TOOK one of the packs of paper towels out of my cart while talking AT me with NO MASK. (NONE of the employees were wearing masks.) This is not only very rude but also dangerous. She could have told me from a safe distance to remove one of the packs of paper towels from my cart. She had NO business getting two feet away from me and rooting through MY cart without my consent. I'm pissed.

So this Target is the only one for miles and it is not bad. It is always neat and orderly. Depending in the items, you may have to check the product quality in store and then order your size online. The employees are inconsistent, they follow you around YET when asked about additional colors or sizes in an item, they tap dance away very quickly. If your job is customer service, provide it on all levels. At other targets they have hand scanners that can order an item or tell you if other options are available for order...it would be nice here too

Update to my last review. This Target really turned themselves around. Completely renovated inside! Brand New Starbucks, updated aisles, and a whole Hearth and Hand (Joanna Gaines/Fixer Upper brand) section. I revoke my last rating and give them a solid 5 stars!!

Just shocked that this Target is rated poorly by others. It's clean and well stocked. The dressing rooms are fabulous. It even boasts a nursing room! As with many Targets, the aisles are wide and the lighting is good. If you use the cartwheel app and follow their sales, prices are competitive with local Walmarts. Merchandise is neat and easier to find than a typical Walmart. It has a good Starbucks in it. Though it doesn't seem to have a Target Cafe. The plaza it is in currently has a high end grocery store and a Dollar Tree adjacent to the Target as well. I prefer this store as my go to discount store in this area for these reasons.

I am surprised that a city the size of Columbus only has one Target, and a smaller one at that. That said, I have never had any problems here, other than what seems to be an understaffing issue--the few employees are often harried. To avoid long lines, even in the self-checkout, I go early, right after opening. Because this is the only Target in the Columbus area, I am disappointed that this is a smaller store, with much less variety than I am accustomed to from Target.

My rating is not for the store itself or even the employees. I am giving one star to management and not as a whole, but to one in particular. I am a regular in this store (Target gets my money a few days a week) . Up until tonight I have had no bad experiences , everyone is nice and helpful and I know a lot of the employees by face rather than name but I enjoy talking to them weekly! Tonight I had the displeasure of witnessing one of the managers act so nasty towards one of the employees! I ask who she was and was told her name was Jessica. I'm not trying to be mean, but this is one example of why some stores go downhill. There is no place in the workplace for ego and rudeness. Everyone is suppose to work as a TEAM. One of my biggest pet peeves is a manager that addresses their employee in a way that embarrasses that employee and makes me feel embarrassed for them as well! Tonight Jessica addressed a nice young man in Starbucks who I assumed was on break because he was sitting eating/ drinking. She was passing by with two men who may have been customers also and she LOUDLY told this young man that he was not to be where he was , but it was the way she said it and the fact that she didn't have the decency or common courtesy to pull him to the side or speak to him privately! In fact, she called it out across the store as she was passing by and she didn't care that I was standing there or any other customer. I felt so bad for the young man because I could tell by his face that he was embarrassed and maybe a little upset. I felt upset for him! There is a way to talk to someone and a way not to. There's a way to handle something too. This looked more like an authority thing than anything. For the first time i wanted to make a complaint because it actually bothered me. As a manager your JOB is to make sure your team runs smoothly and that is accomplished by talking to them like human beings and not scolding them like small children. I'm sorry, Target needs to spend some time training their management like they do their employees on things like employee relations not just customer relations. I can't imagine what it must be like to have someone like this in charge! I own a business and I believe in treating my customers and my employees the way I'd like to be treated. And as a side note, Dave or David is awesome! He helped me out with a gift card purchase that didn't work and I appreciate how professional he was! All of the employees I talk to are with the exception of Jessica , I have not had any problems with this store!

This target is constantly messy and the staff seems to not care at all. Even after the little renovation they did it's still terrible.

I shop here because I hate Walmart and refuse to shop there. But this is the worst Target that I have shopped at. I've been in smaller towns with better Target stores. Columbus definitely deserves a better Target store (if not a Super Target to compete with all the Super Walmarts ). The store is dark and dreary and the employees seemed bothered to even be at work.
