Take five have a very friendly team. They welcome you as you drive up with a bottle of water which should be on point cause it’s so hot that was my first time visiting and I had a good experience.

It’s always a great experience when I have to get my oil changed. The employees are attentive, knowledgeable, polite, and do an excellent job. I live on the other side of town, and there is another Take 5 that’s closer to me. But I like the service that I get from the Macon Road location, and will always go there no matter what.Service: Oil change

Attendants were professional and friendly. Explained the process, checked air filter, topped off fluids, put air in one of my tires, and made sure the oil change light was off. The only place I go to for oil changes.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Excellent Customer Service at Take 5 on Macon RD. I needed an oil change asap & didn’t get off work until 6 pm, most business are closed by this time to get oil, but Take 5 was not and they don’t closed until 7 pm which allowed me go after work to get oil changed. As a long time Jiffy Lube customer, it was nice to try out Take 5.They were obviously having a rough day, but the blonde young man that helped me out was on it! Best oil change center in Columbus! The manager Randy and the rest of the staff are always polite and knowledgeable. They always offer me a beverage and even gave my kids some lollipops. If you need your oil changed I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Take 5 staff!

My under carriage bolts get left out it has happened 4 times this year this time they had to zip tie my cover up because they didn’t have any bolts to fix it won’t be going back,Service: Oil change
