They are very slow with at location customer service. They will have you waiting without even acknowledging your presence. I sat patient for over an hour once just to pay a bill that took only 3 minutes for them to put in system. They will conversat with one another for extended periods of time about lunch before they show interest in the customer or client.

I open my account a few yrs back . Few months ago got new phones was told they were free n still being charged . Was told I could cancel the lines and I can’t . Spent 3 +hrs in the store to take a number from one account to mine. After trying to do it on my own 3x and an employee now keeping her personal life separate from her job . Me asking for assistance and barely getting any . Finally the manager helped me but I ended up with another line so I started with 2 then 4 now 5 . Yeah and all I get is come back or call n we can credit you . Yet the number I transferred from an employee has another line. If she just been an adult n acted mature maybe it wouldn’t have taken 3+ hrs . Worse employees . District manager needs to educate the staff re train them. Oh and there was 4 staff on the floor and only 3 customers and yet I was ignored . Smh

Miss Cori Willams was so amazing she helped us out with everything and made sure we were kept up with everything on her side and ours if you need your phone fixed or having issues with it you should definitely request her and her patients was amazing with us I feel bad because I feel like I was too much but it didn't bother her not one bit she was just so happy that she could be the one that fixed it for us. P.s Cori thank you for changing our numbers on our iPhone 14s.

This guy named Roger called me after via text message to call me now. I gave him my information to receive T Mobile internet product. I told him I do not go anywhere because of the viruses, so if I needed help to set it up, what is the number to call? He gave me the number and as soon as I signed for it from UPS, I began to set it up. I called the number given on 25 October 2022 and was on the phone from about 1:15 to 7:45 PM, EST. NOT one representative and/or supposedly supervisor was able to get me connected to T-Mobile. I then reconnected my previous Wi-Fi/internet and was back on just like that. I called T-Mobile on 27 October 2022 because of the difficulty I experienced on 25 October 2022 and told them to come and get their mess via UPS and to cancel/delete EVERYTHING (my bank information, name, address, etc.) and do NOT attempt to debit nothing from my account. I was on the phone for over an hour to explain to (Jean) what I wanted to happen. I eventually got a reference number for cancellation. T-Mobile is NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AT ALL. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH AND THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY. Jean TOLD ME SHE WOULD HAVE TO DISCONNECT THIS CALL BECAUSE I WAS DISCRIMINATING AGAINST HER. I TOLD HER BECAUSE I SAID I DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE SAID TIMES TWO IS NOT DISCRIMINATION. I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE EVIDENTLY YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY IS THE RREASON, I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING. Eventually I got the cancellation reference number and reiterated that T-Mobile needed to have UPS to pick their product. I received emails that I would need to print out and contact UPS. I don't know what part of I don't have a printer and I am NOT going anywhere T-Mobile representatives they don't understand. The worst of the worst service EVER, hands down. In box ready for UPS pickup (T-Mobile).

The service here was overwhelmingly awesome. They knew exactly what I needed and gave me tips on where to eat/drink since I'm not from the area. 10/10 would keep them as my service provider if I lived here.
