This company constantly coming up with ways to rip off and over charge customer..I've been with t mobile 8 years but next month no more..it has gotten worse the last 2 or 3 years not better...

Let me express my complete satisfaction from Alexis. She is extremely knowledgeable on all systems & devices and goes beyond everyone else to take care of her customers. She works extremely hard!! I will only go back thanks to Alexis, so thank you. This woman deserves a raise!!

I love the customer support at T-Mobile! Their associates are always super friendly and very helpful. They are determined and steadfast in their efforts to take care of my needs every time I go there. Shout out to Chyna for all of her help today.

I went in to get a phone & plan .Basic phone. Only what was necessary. Returned it 3 days later. I did not get service around my home and surrounding area. Apparently when you get a phone and phone plan it must be done separately because when you turn phone in you are asked if you want to turn phone into them or after you cancel your service. If you call to cancel they have to look you up but without the information they are asking its impossible to do. They ask for a 6 digit pin to find your account but it's the first time I heard of having to have pin number had to have a store associate verify the phone was turned in.

Terrible experience. I had service for a hot spot that I used from time to time. After a few months, with a lot of built up gb from rarely using, I decided to stop service. I called them but didn't have a "code" which I never got in the first place, so I had to go in person which is just inconvenient for me. Had to wait a super long time in line but finally got service off. Then got charged an additional month after service was cut off. It was paid, I was on autopay. Ok just let it go... then 2 months later out of the blue I get a bill. FOR WHAT????I have no code but I have to go back in person again. Terrible customer service!! Terrible experience!!

I needed help with a technical matter beyond my own expertise and this guy named Diego was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to assist me and I'm not even a T-Mobile customer. I use prepay right now but as soon as I'm ready to sign a contract I will be coming back to see Mr. Diego.

QUIAY and DIEGO are most professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The ultimate CSR! T-MOBILE.~ give them a raise. I’ve been struggling with some issues on several family members phones on my account, calling apple, chatting with them, going to Best Buy and Graphicom, doing everything I was told to do by those parties. Exhausted, I walked into T-Mobile. These two quickly understood and began to work through the issues. They explained everything, step by step, slowly and in a way that I could understand what they were saying. Made me feel quite comfortable when I had been feeling pretty stupid, and taught me a few things. I did have to go back a few days as part of the process, but they had told me ahead of time that it was part of the plan. 2 days later, everything is finally like it should be. And I still have my hair. God bless you QUIAY and DIEGO! PS: T-MOBILE - You don’t know what you have with these two. It’s really hard to find quality staff members now a days. They are working hard for you. They really do deserve a raise, or at least a bonus. JS~

Long wait time 2 hours + workers don't know what they're doing. Added multiple lines to my plan when it was only one that was requested to be added.

Thanks to Malcolm I’ve had the best experience with TMobile He went above and beyond to get me set up and was Sooo patient with me helping me to understand everything before I left the store! Very pleasant n professional.Thanks again Malcolm we need more CSR’s like you!!

This place says on the internet they’re open until 7 the door says 8 then they literally have a coronavirus printed of piece of paper stating a ball face lie because while I’m here another irritated customer pulls up and says that she was here earlier today so I call that specific location and a wish I was white black man hangs the phone up on me and says for me to call customer service for my $1400 phone that I paid cash for is not his problem or concern
