I don't usually write reviews, but this bank is one of the best I've ever been to. the customer serves here is the best, you feel at home and taken care of by friendly people. would recommend to any one.

I just want to give a MAJOR shout out to THALIA CAREY, Senior Relationship Banker at the CB&T River Road location. Her customer service skills are IMPECCABLE and her knowledge of products they offer is unsurpassed! I live in Atlanta and had never met her or been in the branch, but she always knows my voice when I call. I have a handicapped brother that she ALWAYS helped in making sure he was on track with his business there. My parents have banked with CB&T since the 1970s! I just wanted to truly, from the bottom of my heart say THANK YOU for all the help you've been to my family during all of the events that have happened in our lives. YOU, Thalia, are definitely one of a kind! And my family wants you to know WE APPRECIATE YOU!!! -Nancy Osborn

It took me a while to finally find a branch that met my expectations when it comes to Customer Service. Jayson and everyone else on the teller line exceed that consistently!
