This is the slowest branch ever!! I mean how long does it take to count a $212.00 deposit. I have been waiting in the drive through for over 10 minutes. It is ridiculous. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate this bank. If it wasn't for my employment using it, I would never ever come here!!!!

This one star is for not allowing Columbus residents to get change from you. I walked from Columbus Police Dept to get change for $100 to pay for services and I was told Sonuvus doesn't do that unless you have an account with them. Wow. Like you are a BANK!!!!!!

My Landlord Has A Business Account With Your Bank. Before It Was CB & Trust. The Synovus. Bank That Was 0n 18th Ave Closed Without Any Warning. I Had To Use The 0ne 0n Victory Drive, Advised The Teller To Use The Address I Wrote Down 0n The Deposit Slip Which Was Was My Resident & The NETSPEND Billing Addichress. I Had A Florida State Pictured ID Card Used As Certified Proof 0f Identification. Neglecting My Instructions.She Submitted The Address 0n The ID Which Declined The Transaction. & Escalated Into Bigger Problems The Following Month.That 0verdrafted My Account $361.00.Now Required Filing A Dispute Report & Waiting 21 Business Days For A Refund. Vising The Synovus Bank 0n Veterans Parkway They Attempted To Repeat The Exact Error; Which I Prevented By Canceling The Transaction, AND WILL NEVER UTILIZE ANY Synovus Bank Again & Notify My Landlord To Personally Receive Payment. Congratulations F MINUS For Customer Service!
