Absolutely not. My 83 year old mother just left his office after been yelled at and verbally abused so badly that she could not drive. He is behavior is inexcusable and I will do everything I can to detour people of using him. What grown man screams and yells at an elderly woman and stands up throwing a fit grabbing his hair. BEWARE
