I love this Storage Master, the staff are all AMAZING, the rates are Amazing, and the Cleanliness is AMAZING. I never feel like I’m gonna get jumped when I need something late at night. I’m in the business of needing things from my unit a couple times a week and it never feels like a hassle. Only thing I would improve is a way to light the units, I do find myself having to use my phones flash light to see sometimes.

I was impressed when I walked in because I was greeting not only by the staff but walked into a clean inviting business. I treated with respect and a high level of professionalism. They were efficient and accommodating for all my needs.

Highly recommended. Great location, very comparable rates, clean facility, staff is friendly, active, on-site, and eager to help with all storage needs. Maintenance keeps it tidy. They sell moving supplies and handle Penske Rentals. The best kept secret is the Post Office just inside.

It was great except they put a $150 hostage fee on my account. I understand that they need a deposit for their vehicle but PLEASE, let me put up cash! That way I can get it back as soon as I return...not 7 to 10 days later when you and the banks are done "borrowing" MY money. I need it too!Customer service and truck was fantastic and no problems whatsoever with the rental.

After using the post office here with great results for several years, there was a new mail clerk today, however. She banned me for life because I didn't ask her nicely for service while the geriatric lady in front of me stepped to the side to haltingly scrawling an address on a mailer.As I sheepishly left the facility she decided to publicly humiliated me without prompting by raising her vice to tell me where to go (for stamps).

We use Penske for our church’s monthly food distribution. They have been very supportive and cooperative while meeting our needs. Great staff. Polite, professional, and easy to work with. We plan to rent every month for the foreseeable future.
