I am commenting on the the Targer Online purchase. So, I purchased an item for 18+ dollars. The order was a pick. However, I was charged 18 dollars plus an additional $17 that I had no idea I was charged until I looked in my bank statement. I went back to Target to customer service and they could not help me and did not know why I would have been charged twice. They gave me a customer service number to call. I called and here is what they explaned that for security reason and without informing the customer is why the charged $17. To my surprice, I could not believe it so the item cost me $.35. They informed me that the 17 will come off anywhere from 5 to 7 days. Don't order online from Target. I've never experienced this with any online shopping coming and I do alot of it. I will never shop with Target online again. They could have taken my last $17 for all they know and took my money They took the money out it immediate and now I have to wait days before I get MY MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE !!!!!

This is the 3rd time that I have gone here seeking an item that they say they have in stock that is no longer there. Feel like it’s a bait and switch thing

This is a nice location and it has a Starbucks. They also offer the option for ordering online and picking up in the store which is very convenient. I really like their beauty department and cosmetics.

The service is on and off. One day a nice worker helps you.. next a rude one! For those who are the “rude” workers, Take pride in your work! And one tip. The aisles are easy to navigate and easy to find. But us crafters need a crafting aisle! Like slime ingredients and sewing items, and stuff like that! It is extremely annoying to go aisle to aisle looking for crafting ingredients!

On yesterday 3/11/21 while getting in my car after getting an item loaded my car wouldn't start back up. I saw a gentleman standing out front. I got out the car and asked him if there was anyone who could help me jump my car off. I was blocking the entrance way. His name was Kaleb. He went inside and got some help. Justin and Kaleb got my car started. I was very happy with their service. I love the energy the Target staff offers to their customers. Thanks so much Kaleb and Justin you two guys ROCKS FYI and look good too. Awesome customer service!!!

Couple of the staff members in that store were VERY VERY RUDE! They were really NOSY about adding lines in my account. I don't recommend this store, overall. The reason for it is because these staffs were forcing me to get iPhone XR's because they have promotions, but I keep telling them I wanted iPhone 11's. At the same time, they wanted evidences that my family and I had a conversation the phones. After that they said the lines that I'm adding into my account and asking me to show the conversation were basically a "FRAUD!" Overall, these individuals didn't want to do the transactions because of that. In addition, it's my first time to get a Sprint account and I'm currently serving Active Duty in the Army.

Where to start, my daughter and I went into Sprint looking to get her an upgrade. I know they all work on commissions, but when you show your frustration for a person trying to save themselves some money by ordering your phone online, I shouldn’t see you rolling your eyes nor giving the side-eye to your co-workers on how I spend my money. When it then shows on your faces, it’s rude and unprofessional to say the least. Then the tone of your workers comes off like I am bothering them, and it’s your job to give the best customer service possible. In which the only one that was very pleasant was the manager. The others sucked at it. So from now on, I will wait to get any phone or help online going to this store the need to go an overhaul in how they do customer service.
