Signed up for spectrum Internet and mobile today. Lem have great customer service and answered all my questions. He even scheduled my set up for me so I wouldn't have to. He's one of the reasons I decided to switch!

I had a great experience at this location. I worked with Day who helped me switch from another carrier. I cannot say enough about her patience and customer service. I truly appreciated her help.

So many outages. Every week there is at least one outage that lasts for a minimum of 6 hours. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Reporting issues also doesn't matter because they do nothing to repair. If you have an alternative use it, there can not be worse then them

I have had spectrum for 2 years and the only reason I still have their service is because they are the only ISP that services Ft Benning. Spectrum CONSTANTLY has outages, has messed up my billing on 2 separate occasions. Unless Spectrum is your only option I most definitely don’t recommend them, if you do have to choose spectrum don’t be surprised when there is weekly outages.

Once I was seen the customer service was great. It took entirely too long to be seen. Almost 45 minute wait.

HORRIBLE! I got here as soon as they opened, I was there 45 min. Customer service told me I could turn in my cable boxes to save money. The store told me I have to keep 1, even though we use the app for cable so, I’m forced to pay for a box we do not use or need.

I changed services from mediacom after 20 years to spectrum. The internet is really good the TV is pretty sad. What I am really wanting to warn you about is the smoke and mirrors on the sales pitch. After getting my package set the salesperson asked me if I wanted free mobile service. I told them I really didn't need it but they insisted it was free with my package. The service was free for a year but they sent me a "free" tablet that cost about $10 a month forever. I tried to cancel and send the tablet back and they told me the tablet was non-returnable and I had to pay $170 to get the service turned off. Be careful if they tell something comes with your package because it will probably cost you a bunch of money.

Alicia at on Macon road store was great in dealing with a tech errors. I was very pleased with the customer service and will only go to that location in future because of the great service I received. Not saying any other location is bad but when someone does you right why chance it anywhere else.
