SN on Whittlesey is THE place to go! I'm a 54 year old diabetic who had no clue what I needed to help with my blood sugar and just general better health. Tyler explained everything in a way I could understand and was obviously concerned with my specific needs and not just trying to make a sale. Almost a month later, I am 13 pounds down with my blood sugar #s in range. I can't wait for my doctor to see the results! I have more energy than I've had in years and feel amazing! Thank you Tyler and Southern Nutrition!I had to add...SN carries Fit Five Meals. Delicious and healthy meal choices for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Choices like steak and shrimp over rice or a thick pork chop with baked baby potatoes and broccoli. Absolutely delicious!

I’d like to say the people in this establishment know what they’re doing and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend Mrs. Newnum as a trainer if you’re looking for solid results in the gym and from meal plans. Highly effective and I’ve never felt better. Thank y’all for all that you do. Southern Nutrition on Whittlesey Blvd in Columbus, is by far the best health, nutrition and supplement shop in town. The staff is very humble, helpful and knowledgeable, and their products are second to none.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Jordan helped me out and was super professional and by far the best employee I've ever met at a Supplement store before. Being from out the country I wasn't to sure on the different brands and products but with her expertise and extensive knowledge I was able to pick the best products for me. Highly recommend! I can not sing the praises of Southern Nutrition enough. When I first heard of Southern, I was too scared to go in, thinking that it was only for the elite in the fitness community. I was entirely wrong and deciding to stop by completely changed my life. I was greeted by Tyler, the friendliest and most helpful salesman. Tyler recommend supplements that would actually be beneficial to me vs just trying to make sales. Since becoming a regular customer, I have seen a massive transformation in my physique. I can not recommended a better place to help you get F I T !!

Best supplement shop in town. As soon as you walk in you are immediately greeted and assisted if you need. They are knowledgeable on all their products as well as which flavors are the best and most popular. Tyler and the rest of the crew treat you like family and are a pleasure to talk to. Plus they have an InBody Fat scanner which I love because it keeps me on track with my goals. Thanks Southern Nutrition!

I have been using this business for over a year now. The main reason I went out of my way to give them my business was to use their diagnostic machine. They have always asked me in the past to make sure I had not eaten within so many hours before using the machine to get an accurate reading. Today I went in and I had not eaten in over 3 hours and the employee asked if I worked out today. I said I had, but it had been 5 hours. She told me that wouldn't provide an accurate reading but I stated I have NEVER had that issue before. I asked if I could use it anyway to see what the numbers would be. She took a very defiant and rude tone and told me I could DESTROY the 15,000 machine if I used it since I had worked out 5 hours earlier. I asked for her to explain how I could "destroy" it. She couldn't and it was apparent that she cared more about winning the argument then helping me out. I could understand maybe the machine being a little off, but "destroy it"? I certainly don't need that kind of liability hanging over my head if the machine is truly that delicate. I'll just go back to Vitamin Shop going forward.
