My wife had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Needless to say she was very upset we she called me and said her vehicle was taken to the service area 1 hour and 40 minutes after her appointment. 3.5 hours after the appointment she got her vehicle back. We met with the new owners when they were visiting the area and said things would be different. I guess when the cats away the mice will play. Management needs to get on top of this situation because my wife told them she’ll drive to Valley for service and never use Sons Chevrolet again.

Not sure where to start. I saw the car online, clicked on the “is this available”, left my number and email. Immediately received a text and a call. I was excited it was available. I live about an hour and 45 min away. Arrived the next day and began the ownership process. Richard met me right away and it was smooth sailing. He assigned Keith to accomplish the sale and he was awesome. Then Brian walked me through the my Chevy app and we were done. While this is a brief synopsis of the events it does not include all the details and the professionalism each employee gave me. I’ve have never been called Mr Logan so many times in one sitting. Top notch staff at Sons. I will do future business with you.

Michael Sparks was the service person that helped me with the warranty repair of my AC on my Camaro. He was easy to work with and kept me up to date on every step of the way. He went above and beyond what I would expect from getting a warranty repair fixed. It changed my opinion on dealing with a dealership for a warranty repair. It was easy and quick, thanks to him. He definitely deserves a raise.

Bryant approached us and was very helpful with finding the right option. He really tried helping me get the exact vehicle I wanted but it would have taken longer than I wanted to wait so he found the next best option that was suitable for me and I absolutely love my new Silverado!

Over charged me for a half a** job. I returned my truck to correct,now I'm having mechanical issues. Jeff kite is dishonest and unjust. He's deliberately sabotage my vehicle. This has been a terrible experience, and I wouldn't advise anyone to this collision shop. I'm calling better business Bureau

I purchased my GMC truck from Sons Chevrolet and I am very satisfied with the quality of service I received. The staff in the service department are excellent. The time it took to have my truck serviced and price was outstanding. I appreciate the military discount they offered.

Mrs Rebekah at services was very helpful with my recent service here. She answered all my questions and kept me updated on vehicle status throughout the day. She called about another issue spotted on my vehicle and informed me of all options before having to decide. Overall great service!

The tech indicated that I needed brakes and routers and when I called the person working the counter was quite abrupt when I told him that I had those changed in August. His reply was all I can tell you is what the tech has indicated and wanted to just move on. I had to ask for management to get more in-depth look into why they were telling me this. Apparently the tech just felt the brakes without inspection and made the decision to use a previous note indicating the need for change based on my previous visit. Causes a lack of respect and trust for me. I was told that I would get a discount for this issue and they gave me the same 10% good customer discount I have been getting for 7 years of getting service here. You would think that someone using your service this long would get better treatment. Roger did a good job looking into this and responding so I appreciate that. May be my last trip to Sons Service dept. Looking for other options now. Really disappointed customer

Came in for oil change and service I received came with tire rotation fluid top off and routine inspection to see if everything was working as it should. I got in the car after service and first thing I checked was my tire pressure and my tires did not receive a fill up. So I went back in the store and asked my service advisor why didn’t I get the air/nitro in my tires. If this wasn’t done makes me think my tires wasn’t rotated either. Just makes me second guess coming to the dealership for service. No one was rude but I just feel like I didn’t get what I paid for.

John helped me out with my car issue from my first phone call to me leaving with my keys in my hand and my car running right. I appreciate his genuine kindness and understanding in explaining the process so that I completely understood the steps and what is being fixed. I hope I don’t have any car issues in the future, but if I do I’ll know where to go and I’ll ask for John!

Do not buy from this dealership. We bought a used truck and bought every warranty they had due to my husband working out of town. We had to wait an extra day to get the truck because they needed to their inspection. We bought during the summer when it wasn’t raining well a few months later when the rain hit the back seat of the truck was flooded with water. When we took the truck in we found out that half of the back window wasn’t sealed. All the warranties we bought were no good because they didn’t cover flood damage. So much for their 225 point inspection. You can’t tell they didn’t know that when the truck was sold. We had to have the window fixed at our expense. Even calls the top DOG there. He was no help. Buyer beware.

When I contacted Sons with an inquiry about a specific vehicle the response from my salesman was immediate. My salesman was personable and took time to become familiar with my interest and budget. Within 30 minutes he calculated a bottom line figure and scheduled a pick up/delivery. Once I arrived, the facility was warm and inviting from the front door greeters to the financial manager. Thank you for everything you do to make the stressful car buying process a piece of cake. The 197 miles traveled was worth it.

We came in search of a used vehicle and had intentions of making a purchase today. However, during negotiating, which we are entitled too, the sales manager basically came out with an arrogant demeanor and pretty much told us we could go. Byron the salesman was wonderful and very knowledgeable, however, this is NOT the place where he belongs. I will not spend my money where I am treated as if I am no one. Horrible!

Pathetic, happy with car not people. Bought a passat for wife and got my truck back. Who would've thought check just right side of radio to make sure touchscreen works. Brought up during purchase was told make it right, lots of back peddling and offers for a less superior radio that would not keep steering wheel controls or back up camera. Salesman was pretty good at back peddling out of a lie to cover himself and tried to play the I have no idea about these cars but sure knew a lot about said car. Avoid this place cause they will screw ya and sleep well at night. Wish I could give negative stars.
