Called several times and finally got someone to answer. I ask if they did soil test and brought in my soil. Guy at desk took my soil and he said it 2 weeks. He then proceeded to help someone else, I had to stop him and give him my information which he didn't ask for. Right then, I knew I wasn't getting any information on my soil. I never did and it's been well over a month.
