The selection is of shoes great. the transaction system is horrible. It literally took 30 minutes for the transaction to process.

This review in no way reflects the employees!!! My daughter is going to her first ever dance wesring her first ever dress since she's been old enough to walk y'all and make her own decisions. I was overjoyed when she said she wanted to wear heels. She wanted to go to Macy's but I insisted we go to shoe department first. I found the perfect pair and headed out ended up grabbing 5 more pairs of shoes. Get to the register and was informed that the mate to the heel was not back there and that someone must have mistakenly sold the match with another size ! The employees offered to call another store to see if it was in stock but due to a back injury the thought of standing in another line at another store was unbearable!! I told them it was fine and I would just purchase what I had she begins ringing up the other shoes and once again another match is unaccounted for !!!! At this point I'm beyond frustrated because not only have you lost a sale but I've spent so much time in this store that I didn't have time to go look around anywhere else !!! I don't understand the point of having one show in a box on the shelf if things like this happen and not once but twice in my situation!!!!

Very inappropriate customer service, received threats, and vulgar name calling from associates in store and Kywanna Ross was just very rude for no reason while I was simply was just asking a question. Do not shop here, let alone ask questions if you don’t want your day ruined.

No help from the only employee on the floor. A couple of customers mentioned they thought the store was closed since the main entrance security gate is down. The employee's response both times was a grunt. I found shoes I liked and the price was right but I decided to walk out since customer service means a lot to me.

great selection and staff is ok to deal with. However, will not offer any kind of help, greet you, or interaction at all with customers. Act like they dont want to be there. Had a hard time finding a shoe I was looking for.

Super kind staff. Quick to help & assist. They hometsly try to help you find the shoes you need!! They will even order said items online for you. Shop them to the store or your address wothout any extra charge.
