Today I took my husband out to eat for father's day because he worked that Sunday. To end our outing in Columbus Ga we went to Sam's; enjoyed the shopping until we got ready to walk out the door to get our receipt checked! My husband like to pay with cash and card, so Mr Richard told us we had to many receipts and next time use separate shopping carts! I told him as a paying customer you don't tell us how to spend OUR hard working money! Just do your job; then he start telling the other customers about us! I went and talk with management and I'll see if they reach out! UPDATE June 18, 2024
Ashley the front end manager called me back and gave an sincere apology for the embarrassment we endured on yesterday! Thank you to the managers that was on duty yesterday Tasha, and Demiche! This is how you handled problems that arise in different business situations! In a professional manner!

Most disgusting gas station like bathroom around. It's always trashed. Food workers are extremely rude and the soda machines mostly don't work. Awful store. Costco needs to come to town so they have competition. Manager of this location needs to be fired.

No waiting to enter the store. I used scan and go so going out was very easy. Bathroom was clean but needs air freshen. Could not find small containers of orange juice.

Bad behavior towards the customer. I will never buy in this Sam's Club anymore. I felt like they are racist.
The Opelika one is better to do shopping.

Staff didn't know how to print my new membership card ( I have the app).
While I was waiting I browsed the store. Meat prices were same as Walmart. I saw brisket in smaller sizes which I don't see in other stores but the expiration dates were only a week away and some were past due. So far I don't see much difference in the prices

Delivering at this store is Horrible. 2hrs or more with a appointment time to get unloaded. Never experienced this. 2nd time both same outcome. Will not delivery here anymore. Horrible workers here. (Unloaders)

My family loves Sam's Club. Everything food related you need is there. We use Scan & Go to pay. It keeps a running total that helps to manage costs and there are no check out lines with it.
