I went online and made an appt to get my windshield replaced but when I got there the employee at the window said right after I scheduled it I canceled it. I didn't remember doing that but I could have mistakenly done it. He was very sweet and said he had an opening the next morning. I so much appreciated his kindness and help. This is the 3rd time I've had to have this company help me with my windshield issues on 3 different cars. Great Company.....

There's a reason Safelite is the #1 trusted name in auto glass repair. I came in with my Subaru Outback and when I arrived at my scheduled appointment, they were ready to start on my car; and it was done in about 45 minutes. I know individual results will vary, but I've unfortunately had break-ins on multiple vehicles and they've done a great job every time.

Left and right front door glasses were replaced, the arm rest on the left front door was reinstalled incorrectly or fastners were broken. the right front door window goes down by it self when it is closed with the switch.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick I was scheduled for a windshield replacement (just a few days).
Furthermore, the estimate/final cost was almost $50 less than the initial estimate I had received while traveling out of state ...at a Safelite franchise in Elkhart, IN.
The crew of technicians working to swap out windshields on my motorhome, were very efficient, while also being cautious and courteous.
In 2024, skillful well-trained employees led by top quality management, is a rare sight to behold ...thankfully, this place is 'nailing it!'

Horrible customer service. Did not show for appointment and when trying to reschedule, customer service person Teresa was rude. Taking my business somewhere else!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Tech left air bubble in the rain sensor and said it would bake out. It didn't. He came back and said same 2nd time. Did not. 3rd time tech called and said he wasn't coming because he couldn't do better and didn't know why JOHN was sending him and he didn't come! NeXt day the tech used hand sanitizer and after a few hours a bigger bubble appeared 4th time I drove over to the shop as JOHN assured me their master techs there could resolve. They used R9 and it looked great. However after a few hours it started peeling away at the corner! DYLAN assured he'd send 'Sanders" who was the best. He did not. Sent another tech who did try his best but left it with a rim around the top (wasn't there before). He said he would suggest replacing the entire sensor because it was loose from the constant removal. I called and got JOHN again who at first lied and said the tech said all was good and finally admitted he had not. I have requested to speak to the manager DYLAN but he will not transfer and also speak to the DM. Today he outright lied and said the sensor was tested and it was not by any of the techs, as they have asked me if it works! Today after speaking to customer service 3 times JOHN had the nerve to call and offer me $50 for the sensor from an $864 tab because it is "cosmetic", telling me they are NOT going to fix it! So much for the Safelite guarantee that their work is WARRANTIED! I have given them ample opportunity and have even said they can pay someone else to get it right if they can't. I'm presently waiting on the DM MIKE D. to call as I have requested for 2 days. HORRIBLE OFFICE.

10/10 for organizing the service, communication and execution. Their messaging system is so friendly. The customer service at the desk was professional. This place knows how to impress their customers. It was a breath of fresh air!

Safelight came to me remotely to replace my windshield and did not replace mirror covers. Had to have them come back out on a "warranty service". Find out they put the 'windshield' and had to order another. New one came in and I had to go to the shop to replace. Looks like they did not replace the windshield, but rather put new covers on the mirror and wires. Was promised a tank of gas for my troubles and that did not happen. There is a 'chip' in my ceiling material from where I hear a hissing sound when I drive. I am having difficulty getting a hold of anyone at the store.

The guy came out and all he talked about was moving didn't clean up or put my trim on right and a yeat later still nothing worse place ever

Actually has a pretty good experience. Was sent here through my insurance company and they looked at my vehicle and actually saw that it was as bad as I thought. So they were actually able to fix my window for less than I thought and save money. Definitely recommend going there!

I had my wife’s car in the other day to get the windshield replaced. When I came to pick it up they said that it wouldn’t calibrate so they will have to use OEM and I will have to bring it back again. Which is completely fine but as soon as I left a piece blew off her car. I have called twice with no return call and sent the email stating the issues as I was told to do.

i had an appointment with safelite today between 1-6pm, There was a no show, tech said he tried to call me but come to find out he was dailing the wrong number so bc of his mistake i can't get my windshield fixed. i will never depend on them again

The staff is friendly, the building is very clean and although the waiting area is small it's comfortable. Service was fast. Would definitely recommend this location.
