Scheduled an appointment for 7:30am. Waited 3 hours for oil change. Went to check on progress and they hadn't even started on my car. We asked them to pull it around and we went to the Take 5 next door and was in and out in 10 minutes. I gave it 2 stars for the coffee machine. It was pretty cool.
