Toni did a great job getting me even though I did not have an appt. Toyota service department is miles ahead of the Ford facility across the street. I drive a truck and my wife a Ford Explorer and the service we get is pitiful. She is due for a new vehicle and we may not go with Ford this time. Thanks.
