The service advisors (specifically Ronnie and Amber) are always super helpful, professional, and always make my appointments run smoothly. I would definitely recommend going here if you value good costumer service and trusted vehicle maintenance.

There was a line of cars when we arrived to get our Crosstek serviced at our appointed time. Amber met us at our car so that we did not have to wait at all! She was very knowledgeable about the services that were going to be provided at our 110,000 check up and gave us an estimate for what things would cost. She is very customer service oriented and we only want her to take care of us from now on! She is the best!

I recommend staying away. Purchased 2022 Forester and a week later discovered that car had been nearly totaled and was never reported to carfax. Informed them of the situation and that the vehicle was unsafe due to bad repair work and the sales manager became an extremely rude and impolite individual and basically told us to piss off. I do not recommend Rivertown to anyone buying a vehicle.

this was my first service since the purchase of my Ascent from Rivertown Subaru. The service team was super friendly and helpful. The wait time for my vehicle was about 1 hour. Thank you for an excellent experience.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. My step-mother has bought 2 Cars from the dealership. The first time car she bought was a Jeep. She got the car and there was problem after problem. It got so bad to the point where they basically had to buy her car back and get her to get a new one. SHE HAS HAD EVERY LONAER there. They got her into a very novel very well kept 2014 Subaru Outback premium. She just called and told us they she is there for the same problem and this hast to be the 4TH TIME. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS LAZY!!. They told her that's they don't know what the problem is with the code YOU WORK THERE FIGURE IT OUT. Never and I mean never come to this dealership

Had the 12k service performed in my 2021 Forester. All service appears to have been completed, however the service tech missed closing the lid on the washer fluid. While this wouldn't have caused a major failure, it is the attention to detail that I wanted to call out.

Would not purchase a vehicle from here. Long story short, they ran my credit on a vehicle they never had. Went there this evening to finalize the purchase, come and find out they don’t even have the vehicle anymore. So what exactly was the salesmen doing running credit apps. Not once throughout the entirety of the day while I was conversing with the gentlemen that the vehicle I wanted was no longer available. (Mind you it’s still on their website) Falsely made it seems like everything was going to be simple, but in all actuality they just wanted to get me in the door to try and sell me some other car I’m not interested in. My advice, if they can’t even be up front about having a vehicle on their lot, what makes you think they’ll honor anything else they tell you.

Had my car serviced here once. Should have known better as I walked away when buying my car and went to a different dealership cause let’s just say that their service was sub par. Figured their service department might be better and gave them a try. What a mistake that was! The other dealership I have used included a cabin air filter as their regular maintenance service, this place wanted $60 to change it. I went to get in my car I saw my nice clean leather was covered in sweaty, greasy marks from who ever had pulled it up, kinda gross. And then today 3000 after this service I am getting the notifications that tells me it’s time for another maintain service, 3000 miles before it’s due. This place gives Subaru a bad name…avoid this place and check out the other dealerships in cities close by.

Always had great service here. Brought in my crosstrek for an oil change and they did a complimentary inspection of all the oils, headlight/tail lights, tires, and brakes! I ended up needing a tire patched up for a slow leak and it was only $25! Nice people too.

I recommend because overall they have an amazing team who goes above and beyond. They deal with diversity and disabilities well too. They helped me get my car serviced really fast with my health issues . They were empathetic with my situation and got me serviced , took care of concerns, and out in time.
