Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would own my first home before the age of 30 . Thanks to Regenia Mangram, Realtor I have been able to fulfill my dream. Mrs. Reginia was very patient with us and our forever changing wants and desires during the home search. When we finally landed an accepted offer she was contacting us the moment she heard anything. Regenia was so helpful throughout the process of buying our home. Never had an attitude very professional when it come down to business. She did the job she was hired to do with credit all the way to closing. Never not answered the phone , was always available and when she wasn't she called back asap. I will say this with everyone I've dealt with she's the only one that never got an attitude and was available to answer any and every question we had.. I started the home buying experience blind as a bat. I didn’t know what to do or what to expect. Regeina took me in, explained everything to me in depth and guided me along the way. She worked long hours and made herself available to me whenever I had a question or wanted to view a home. Last but not least, my closing day experience was one that I’ll never forget.
