We were in Columbus Ga 10 4 to 10 10 for a veterans reunion and had a traveling clock that needed repair. We found him on line and stopped in to see if could be repaired right away. They took the time while I was there and worked on it for about a half hour got it fixed and we were on the way hardly being charged anything. Great service and great people. THANK YOU

I had an amazing experience in this establishment today!! I had for of my watches in to change out their batteries and also had my ring cleaned. He did such an amazing job, I've been getting complimentsnon my ring all day. Definitely will be back

The only place worth your time, money, and trust! After a horrible experience with custom jewelers fixing my jewelry, I decided to use Regals for repairs since they did me such a great deal when I financed a ring from them a couple years back... Great company!! Very friendly owner and ver helpful. I had my watch band replaced and it is better than before. Highly reccomend for all jewlry repair needs.

I have trusted them with my watches for several years now. The work they have performed varied from adjusting a metal watch band on a new watch to reviving a 28 year old watch that hasn't run for twenty years. They were even able to fix a corroded contact on an expensive Luminox watch without charging me an arm and a leg. My wife has her jewelry cleaned and repaired there also without any complaints. The staff is courteous and professional without trying to up-sell you. They have earned my trust and respect.
