I've had work done in the past from them but this time the wait was entirely too long. I dropped my car off on February 6 for a "4 day repair" and now its February 22 and they continue to tell me the same thing "we'll have your car ready this afternoon" I won't be putting my car in this shop anymore.

Manager claims to have 36 years in the industry but the painters need some extra training.Color didn’t matched. Missed spots to be painted. Fender Liner not aligned properly. Overspray all over adjacent body parts.I couldn’t take my truck on the day they told me it was ready because the job was done way worse. These pictures are from their second try. I don’t recommend this shop if you care a lot about your vehicles.Services: Body & Trim

I had had a deer run in front of my car messing up a lot of my car. USAA recommend I take my car to Rays and I’m so glad I did! My car looks brand new and no damage in sight anymore! Plus their customer service is amazing! Highly recommend bringing your car to Rays! Pictures are before and after!
