Truly the best customer service. Every time I come in I’m greeted with a smile and eagerness to help me find whatever I’m looking for. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer finds what they are looking for. All of the shoes and purses I’ve gotten from here have been great quality. One of my favorite stores in Columbus!

Yesterday was my second time visiting within a two-month timeframe and needless to say, I left again without making a single purchase when I purchased my favorite pair of flats (Adrienne Vittadini) from there years ago. I should have known how this visit would unfold when I saw the "handwritten sign" notifying patrons of the store hours and mannequins in the window dressed with items the store doesn't sell.The last time I visited I was told they had been painting and weren't officially open. So my question today is, "Why is it so hard to keep an 8.5-9 shoe size?" The saleswoman had the nerve to tell me that the shoe I requested had been restocked but she only had "small" sizes available. I'll continue ordering my Free People shoes online. Forget about supporting local businesses. I was greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular (which I was) and she pointed me in the direction I was already in. She was NO help in her pink dress and sneakers (you'll remain anonymous).Here's my opinion, when women such as myself are shopping for "flats" and you're a contemporary woman, no one wants a kitten heel. My late grandmother would have loved them. RIP I have decided that yesterday was my last visit especially when I've been supporting this establishment since its inception. I'm honestly quite disappointed and wish someone would open a quality shoe store in Columbus, GA with outstanding customer service. Their website isn't even updated.

I am very unhappy with the customer service at Pursona. I purchased a pair of shoes around December to wear to a function but they don't carry my size (10ish-11). I found a pair that fit okay but I ended up needing to return them because I found a paid that fit better somewhere else.WELL. You can only get a store credit for returns and I live out of town. The sales girl assured me that I could use my credit online so I started looking but was discouraged at my options.I emailed the owner and she has been incredibly UNHELPFUL. Basically took my $200 and said "see ya". I have since emailed several times for updates/help finding a shoe on the site that would fit my big feet. Nothing. She doesn't even reply half the time. I've even sent specific shoes to her asking if she could order in another size of if it would fit a 10 comfortable. Nothing.$200 is a lot to some people, the least they can do is help me find a shoe to use my credit on. It's been over 2 months and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE TO HELP ME.

Buyer Beware! I have been a good customer at Pursona for over 14 years. I recently purchased a pair of boots on November 3, 2022. The seam began to come apart and the heel had a clicking sound when I wore them for the first time on the afternoon of November 4. I contacted the owner Ansley the next morning, November 5. I told Ansley the new owner my issue. I took them back on November 8, 2023 and they didn't have my size, so she ordered me new pair. When the new pair came, I tried them on at home on the carpet; since the boot was new. After three steps I noticed that they still had the clicking sound. It's obvious there's and issue with the boot. It's definitely defective. I contacted the store immediately on Saturday and Ansley called me back on the following Monday evening and said that because it was a special order and final sale nothing could be done. I paid $160 for the defective boots. I said "okay and I won't be shopping with you again". And the owner Ansley said "Thanks". (basically, oh well....) I felt this was very rude and poor customer service. As a new young business owner, she has a lot to learn.

Pursona is hands down one of my favorite boutiques. They have the BEST selection of super cute shoes, purses, and accessories and you will always find something you can’t go home without!! Not to mention their staff is SO SWEET. They all make you feel so important and they go above and beyond to make sure you’re a happy customer. Seriously, one of the best boutiques around! ❤️
