Getting so fed up with this Publix pharmacy!!! Every dime my doctor sends something in it takes 2 to 3 days to get anything filled. And then I have to call them and ask what’s going on and why they haven’t filled it. Their response is either the doctor didn’t put an importance on it or we have been busy. I went to the doctor Thursday and they sent it scripts in at 1 pm and as of Saturday morning they still have yet to fill it. And with this particular doctor they always put the importance as fill now. This has happened the last 4 times. I’m just done! I will be transferring my prescription somewhere else

This is the 2nd time they said my prescription would be ready at a certain time and it was not ready after standing in the long line. Then they told me to get to the back of the long line again when my prescription was actually ready. I was on my lunch break and did not have time to deal with their negligence.

This is the worst pharmacy in the state of Georgia. They take three to four hours to fill any prescription they are slower than dirt. Go to the Macon road Publix pharmacy and you can get it done in 15 to 20 minutes. It's only a 5-minute drive from Bradley Park to Macon road but it'll save you 4 hours in wait time.

This is my second time filling my prescription Two female pharmacists , first said they need prior authorization when I told them i didn’t have the problem before they told me to wait , made me wait for a while and then later said ok you can get your medication but we don’t have it . Why not just say it in the beginning rather than make us wait

Wonderful shopping experience. Today, 3 different Publix employees got merchandise for me that was not on display & each one seemed happy to help. Each one thanked me for shopping their store. Excellent customer service always.

Went to order my sandwich and lady goes can I help you I tell her what I want then she walks off to assist customer in the hot foods department. When I walks off she gets smart and say I'm the only one working. Bad customer service. If I'm next I should be served not have to wait even longer. Told manager and she act like she didn't care either.

This is my favorite Publix locally to shop at. They have a great selection at the deli and when ordering fresh subs or meals they are always on point. The store has decent sales from time to time and the cashiers are always friendly. They have plenty of drive up/pick up spots available as well.

I love publix on bradley park, but your pharmacy has a lot to be desired. I had a prescription called in the day before. Showed up to pick it up it wasn't ready. I inquired and it still did not get bumped up and I was told it would take another maybe 30 minutes. Not satisfactory. So you know what, now my prescriptions are filled at Sams club. Bye Publix!

If I could rate a zero, I would. My 3 year old daughter’s prescriptions were sent in at 10:00am… steroid and antibiotic. When I arrived to pick it up after work at 5:15, her steroid was not ready. I was told it would be 20 minutes, and the pharmacist said there was nothing they could do to rush it. I had to sit in the store until ready. When I was told all of her meds were ready and paid, I was then asked to step to the side as antibiotic that was supposedly ready before I arrived still needed to be mixed which meant I had to wait longer. Why couldn’t someone mix her antibiotic while I sat waiting for her steroid to be filled??? And they showed absolutely no concern for the inconvenience or that my daughter was struggling at home with retractions while waiting on them to fill her meds!

Thanks, the staff that performs the vaccines are excellent employees; but never, never ever call customer service to check or verify that the insurance they have on file is totally incorrect. Case in point: I gave the staff member my new insurance card and update my TRICARE For Life and please remove AETNA Medicare, since I now have United HealthCare. Thanks, after being on hold for over 30 minutes this clerk tells me she has to get with Corporate headquarters in Florida? I just don't know where they get some of their employees; maybe Russia!

Was there earlier and a gentleman had jumped in front of the line and I stated that I was in line first. They stated that he was there for an hour but I was there for about fifty also. This was very rude. The funny thing is, my wife told me that they made a man with Parkinson’s wait in Line the day before and was starting to have an episode. Don’t you think you would let a man with a disability go to the front of the line but make an entitled individual wait in line.

I wrote a review a few days ago saying Publix prescription bottles were not recyclable. I have seen now that I was wrong. Embarrassing. The tops are not, but the bottles are. Maybe you can make the tops recyclable too?
