Consistently great customer service and high quality automotive products & installations are the reason I've brought 3 different vehicles to Chris and his colleagues ...and will continue to do so.
Their reputation for providing service to affluent clientele with high-dollar exotic automobile collections, is what had initially drew me to their business.
However, I've never felt overlooked or given less regard ...when seeking services for my very average 'ordinary Joe' vehicles.
As far as I can see, PTAP's prices are always competitive, and I wouldn't squawk if they were a bit more than competitors ...because I want to see them continue to prosper and ensure their longevity in the community.

I had lights and a small wrap put on my spyder. They did a great job. But find it very hard to believe it took 5 hours ($500) to install lights on a can am. I was told by Quentin they take their time to hide the wires but I’ve seen numerous lights on spyders with no wires showing and none of them paid $500. The wrap was only 5 pieces as well. $500 for that. Truly believed they fudged the labor cost. Go else where. You can get it done cheaper.

I went into the shop for help trying to figure out how to mount my own wheels. Instead of Chris trying to sell me on installation at their business he was exceptionally helpful answering all of my questions. He took 10 minutes out of his day to teach me everything I wanted to know. He got me exactly what I needed and was amazingly patient with all of my questions. He is an exemplary employee and PTAP is lucky to have him! Will return for business and will send business that way.

PTAP got me in the next day first thing in the morning and fixed the issue a previous shop caused and realigned my truck. They also showed me visuals and explained to me what was wrong and how they fixed it. They priced me fairly and I will definitely be a returning customer. They will be the only one to touch my truck after the nightmare I had with the previous shop.

I was referred here by a good friend. I went to get my Grille changed on my Ford Truck. After the job was done, a part under the grille was broken. One of the emolyees lied and said my brand new truck must have been wrecked instead of taking ownership. Do not recommend for body work!!!

Ptap recently installed new wheels and tinted the windows on my '21 Jetta GLI. I noticed a missing lug nut and they replaced it at no charge. I think it was left off at my last oil change/rotation...not their fault.

I have taken my truck to PTAP on several occasions. They installed the tint across my windshield, they have cleaned the upholstery (seats) on the inside of the vehicle, they have detailed the truck several times.
Last year I purchased 4 tires from them and on 31 March 2024 I got a nail in my tire. I took the tire to them on Monday (1 April 2024) and they patched/plugged the tire without any hassle.
They have always been kind, caring, and very friendly. I boast and brag about them all the time! Thank you for being so amazing!

On February 27 I took my car to this establishment for them to tint all my windows including my front windshield. I have a 2012 4 door civic. I am making this complaint because they didn’t go through proper procedures to tint my windows and as a result they have damaged my car. They removed the door panels in order to tint the windows. As a result of them doing this my door handles now sit inside the frame and you can see the window going up and down through the door panel. At first these were the only issues that raised and I did go back for them to have an opportunity to fix the issue. I showed the rep Chris what the issue was and he immediately got offensive trying to blame the age of my car saying “damage happens when removing the door panel to tint the windows” so they’re not responsible for what happens to the door panel or anything inside. When in all actuality had they gone through proper procedures to tint windows we wouldn’t even be in this situation. So they took my car to the back for about 10-15 mins said they fixed it. I went to my car and nothing was changed. I had an automotive mechanic to look at my car and they damaged components within the door panels. Since then I have unfortunately had more issues happening. My back door now makes a whining sound when the door unlocks, my door frame comes lose when opening and closing my door. I don’t even want them to fix it after all this and paying $465 I expect to get my car back the same way I got it and I did not.
