I posted earlier today,but I don't see it. Wonder what happened. Just had another mechanic look at my car. So these stupid people was going to charge me 1100.00 for a radiator and that was not even the problem. It's an AC line. How stupid can you get. And they still charged me 400.00 to change the spark plugs. Scammers, that's all they are. And after reading these reviews now I believe they are the ones that messed up my other car after them doing an oil change. Which was all I ever really went to them for. But I wish everyone could read all the reviews first. Wish I did.

I wish I could give negative stars, because thats what they deserve! I went there 7/5/2024, my car was overheating a little, just going a little past halfway! They said it was the water pump and thermostat! I got there at 5pm and they had car done by 610, so I knew something was not right! They kept telling me I am a single mom and cute, one was hitting on me as well. I just wanted out of there. They misled me and told me koalafi was a cc! Nope its a scam that charges 100 percent interest if not paid off within 90 days! I got keys to my car, and 2 days later it was overheating again! Im the type if a place messes up something, I am definitely not bringing it back! They were shady enough as it is... I reached out multiple times to have manager or district manager call me, and not one phone call.I had to get my car towed, which I have proof of and of everything else. I called koalafi to make a complaint and they said they reached out to the merchant and they said they put a brand new water pump in my car! There is a lot of extra to fill in, but it would take too long to type. Dealership looked at my car, and it still had the original OEM water pump on it! They did not replace anything. I could not afford the dealership prices at all, but they have done every maintenance on my car as needed. I went to auto zone got a new water pump, and had a friend who is a mechanic at the dealership put the new one on for me. I have the OEM one in the box the new one came in! I could not replace the water pump for a few weeks so my car had to sit in the drivewayand I was not able to drive it. Little did I know that was the least of my worries. It turns out since they did not replace it and lied, and even lied to koalafi about replacing it, my car was losing coolant and you really never think a place will screw you over like this! The bad water pump they never replaced blew my head gasket. These people are super shady, I did a BBB complaint and will make every complaint possible until my car is repaired. I have proof, and even the fact they told the company they signed me up for they did the repair is a huge lie. I talked to one man afterwards on the phone, he said if i slept with him he would give me a discounted price to fix the head gasket. There was nothing wrong with my cars engine or head gasket beforehand.. It was serviced at the dealership a couple month prior and has been well taken care of. They are responsible for my cars head gasket going out.I have pics, receipts, reports and all the proof! shame on you doing this to a single mom
reply to owner, i did talk to ashley the district manager today and she was very rude and incompetent. She refused to contact the dealership and check to see what they had done and looked at. I had time stamped pictures of the water pump leaking along with videos showing it was in fact not changed. Even if they did change it, which they did not, it was still leaking all over as soon as you put coolant in it. She did not want to see the tow from dealership back to my house, uber receipts, or anything else. She said since I had a friend put it in, it voided work warranty. I stated that how was anything voided, when nothing was even done to my car to begin with? She told me to leave HER store, and I did say what I thought of her. They need a new district manager, not someone who looks unkept and like they just rolled out of bed. I will be contacting corporate again and the jag office and making sure its blacklisted on fort moore from soldiers to use, so this doesnt happen to another military family

Brought my car in due to a faulty fuel pump. They called back quoting a 2.7k fix with alot of upselling. As it was urgent, I accepted the repairs.
After collecting the car, the check engine light was still on. I immediately told them the repairs weren't done. But they denied and said it'll disappear after a while.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I went to another shop that told me these codes will not disappear by itself and had to be reset. After reseting, the check engine light reappeared again. I brought it back to Precision Tune as they said there were guarantees for their repairs. Now they're quoting me another 2.5k for replacement of solenoids which should never be this expensive.
Anyone thinking of coming here, please never come to Precision Tune. Whilst they're a chain, they're out to scam your money. Be patient and go to another workshop that's more reputable.
