The worse service EVER. The manager Tosha is the worse. I made a purchase at HER store and I didn't need the items I purchased so I went back to the store to return it. Mind you NOTHING WAS USED OR OPENED plus I still had my RECEIPT. Before I could explain anything she specifically said they DO NOT DO RETURN ON ITEMS ONCE THEY ARE SOLD! Since when because as long as I have been shopping at O'REILLY'S there has been a RETURN POLICY. If a customer can't return an item he or she purchased it should be explained BEFORE THE ITEM IS PURCHASED Wish I could rate this store a ZERO ?
