I absolutely LOVE novo! Always so welcoming and a nice clean atmosphere. Everyone’s so positive and uplifting and it’s such a great mental reset coming in the studio and being greeted with big smiles and excitement.

10/10 studio! Has everything you’d need for any workout you want to accomplish. The classes are great and the environment is so uplifting and supportive. I’ve been coming here since 2017/18 and I haven’t found a place better since. I love Novo!

Never taken any fitness classes prior to novo, although its tough, I love the atmosphere and energy everyone has! Novo leaves me feeling sweaty yet amazing after each class! Keep up the great work ladies! ?
