Helps with all mental conditions. Dr ogdon is a great Dr. Very compassionate and understanding... Sure hate that she is leaving this location....

My mother goes to this place, and not by choice but because unfortunately there isn't but a couple of places that people that are poor on Medicaid and Medicare can go. They make her do without her medication that she is physically dependent on. She has been sick for over a week now. It's really sad, I've been been calling and leaving messages for them to call me to get her some medicine and never get called back.

Been trying to call for an appointment for my son for 2 days straight and they leave you on hold long as possible and then hang up on you every time.

Worst place to go to for mental health. The doctor gave me medications with no guide on how to safely take them. Had 2 panic attacks that I’ve never had before from the meds and the doctor had an attitude when confronted about it. They don’t even start on low doses to test your reaction towards the medication. I refuse to go back there after that experience.

This place is supposed to help people, a month after getting a referral they still had not reached out. Even with us calling them. When they did finally reach out they said they would call that day to schedule a TB test so we could start therapy sessions... a week later and still no call. How do you expect to help people if you refuse to pick up the phone for people who are pleading for help. If there was another facility that helped with cocaine/substance abuse I guarantee this facility would close

It's a good place but they have strict rules and low staff... Plus they don't answer the phone very well... Would give it 4 out of five but had a long wait time on the phone have to call later for needed meds. Just don't go expecting a lot from these people...

New horizons helps people with mental health issues on a sliding scale. Medication is also available through the on site pharmacy or you can get prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice. Screening is needed to get assistance through New Horizon

WORST place I've EVER delt with! Rudest staff and the providers don't care about anyone! None of these people should be working with mental health patience.
