Such a joy to visit this NFCU location. You are always greeted warmly as you enter. The customer service agents are friendly and very helpful. I wish there was a branch closer so I could enjoy the service more frequently.

Need another location or fully staff word is out that this is the best bank and crowded to the point I hate going in to the lobby one of the main reason I used to love this bank, personal interaction with a teller.

The lady at the front desk was extremely rude sounded very angry at my father for no reason what so ever the other women at desks are very kind and bankers are understanding and helpful
