So far the only experience with this company is from a woman named natalie calling out of Alabama from national platinum service. She has called around the same time every morning when I am asleep and missed her call. Leaves a message to call a number in TN she even texted me the information. Such poor communication. When I call back, nobody answers. I even sent messages to Natalie explaining I cannot reach anyone when I try and call back. She never responds to multiple texts asking what information she needs. Was awake this morning when she called again, answered and she wanted more information. Told her exactly what was on my service request that I supplied to GE. Then tells me to disregard the appoint I have today because she needs to let the tech know, and someone would call me back for a new appointment. So upset. This isn't the way to run your business.

Most unreliable company, dishonest about setting up appointments and halftime. Answer the phone call in to set up the appointment and would not referred to anybody because it is the worst and most pathetic company to deal with. If you are referred by any company to this National platinum services please make sure you refuse their service most unprofessional

Honestly very unhelpful. We have a warranty for an appliance, the company issued them to us but they refused to communicate with them and wouldn’t offer help or assistance. We brought our business elsewhere

Absolutely worst and unreliable company. The technician that they sent to my home in Fayetteville NC, was incompetent. He came to my house took pictures of my dishwasher and washing machine and then stated my my washing machine does fill not and my dishwasher trips the circuit breaker because of possible bugs. I called the customer service department to get the service report and the pictures with bugs. Approximately 2 weeks later, American Homeshield and I have not received service report or the pictures to indicate bugs caused the equipment malfunction. Stay away from National Platinum Services.

National Platinum Service of Columbus, Georgia did a wonderful job with my oven repair. American home shield sent them to replace the touchpad system. They were very communicative, on time, responsive, and they fixed the problem in one visit. I would highly recommend. All of the one star reviews that they have come from People reviewing a different company out of state. I wanted to be sure to let people in the Atlanta and Columbus area know that this company did a great job.Service: Oven repair

*My Military Family beware*My washer stopped agitating sometime late August 2023, I called and contracted National Paltinum Service to come out and diagnose and repair the issue with my washer. It is out of warranty with the manufacture which is why I called them.They sent out a technician after letting me know they have a $120 diagnostic fee but after that I would just be charged an additional $20 and parts fee which sounded reasonable.The first visit by the technician did several checks in an attempt discover what the source of the issue was. During that visit he went on to say that the panel wasn’t getting power or something to that effect and that he would order the part but that the office would give me a call with a status on how long it would take to get the part and when the tech would be back out. I didn’t hear back from anyone that day, so I called back and spoke with a woman who said she “was sorry that they didn’t get back to me but that the part was order and would be in next week and would it be ok for the technician to come out that Wednesday” and of course I said yes. It would quickly become clear that I should have moved on when they broke their word on what would happen moving forward after the first time the tech left.So the tech arrives, he removes the old panel and installs the new one, but this doesn’t fix the issue, in fact, l this tech wasn’t the same one from the previous visit and says “the panel isn’t getting/transmitting power (not sure of the exact terminology), and that he called his dad, (I’m guessing is the owner) and that his dad said it was the motor and that they would order the part and you guessed they would give me a call to let me know about what would happen next. Suffice to say I didn't receive a call and had to once again go and reach out to this company who seemed disorganized and didn’t communicate well with customers, so they apologized and again told me they would order the part and set up a date and time for the tech to come back.So the part comes in, the tech makes his way for another visit, this time, it was the tech who initially came on the first visit with the part in tow, he begins removing the old motor and installs the new one but you guessed it, it doesn’t fix the issue. He makes a call back to the office and then says he thinks it might be the transmission and that they would order the part and give me a call with more to follow.I never received a call so I call them back and a lady answered the phone and apologized about them not contacting me but that the part was on back order and they would just have to wait until it came in and give me a call when it did. This was September 8, 2023 I’m writing this review on October 19, 2023 after calling them a little after 0900 this morning. The worst has yet to come.So after having had enough of waiting I decided to call for an update and a man answered the phone I told him I needed and update on the status of the part, he looked up the notes on the ticket and said that the manufacturer no longer sold this part. I told him about my previous call with the lady who told me the part was on back order and they would call me back, he apologized saying I don’t know who told you that but they don’t sell this part and the tech should have called me and relayed that information to me. So I began challenging some of this because none of it is adding up. So I probe for the information about the part they attempted to order and what I should do, and he said “call the folks at Midea and because they don’t have the part they might give me cash in lieu of that fact”. So I call Midea on his recommendation, so I start speaking with the Midea CSR and she tells me, “we don’t have that part in stock but that they would have it on 27 December 2023 and that the part could also be purchased from Home Depot and Walmart. I’m so frustrated that I’ve been lied to and given the run around. I call them back with this new info and challenge him he and whilst bantering this guys hangs up in my face after all this.Service: Washing machine re

Why google hasn't added a 0 star option is beyond me. never use them. you would be better off watching youtube and fixing it yourself for whatever is broken. terrible customer services. they straight up lied about coming to my house. Please go out of business.

DO NOT use this service!! They are a junk show. My ** dish washer was not draining. Through **, I scheduled National Platinum Service to come fix it on Oct 2, 2023. I didn't receive a call the day before. I called ** to find out what was going on the day off, they connected me directly to National Platinum Service. They said they tried calling me but had the wrong number. It happens, right? The email confirmation I received had my correct phone number. When I explained the problem again, they said they would need to order a new drain pump. I was puzzled, how can you know this without coming and looking at my dishwasher. This company was a waste of time! Two technicians were sent out at different times. Both techs assured that it was the compressor. The refrigerator only lasted a few days. Now they are telling us, it was misdiagnosed and we’d be responsible for the cost of parts. I could go into details but I’m so livid right now! JUST DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!!!Edit: If the job was done right the first time, there would have been no need for all these additional visits to “diagnose” the problem. So once again, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR SERVICE. Just read all of the other reviews. EVERYBODY can’t be lying on this company!!!

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I can’t believe that LG referred me to this company with such a low star rating and now I personally know why. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave me the wrong time slots for when a technician would arrive and then when I called to ask where my technician is they blamed me for misunderstanding the time slot. Ridiculous! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the owner got on the phone and was condescending and over talked me and was dismissive to the point I had to hang up. You would think he would be somewhat apologetic at the misunderstanding on THEIR end but refused to admit that he told me the wrong times even though while talking to him he kept saying the wrong time and I had to correct him on the time he just told me. Please go elsewhere and if a service provider refers this place ask them to choose someone else for the job!

AHS sent repair service to repair my dishwasher. Repairman did a temporary fix on my dishwasher that lasted long enough for me to be outside of the window (a little over a month) in which they would have to return without me paying another service fee charge. He actually said something was broker but did not order replacement part. Do not use this service!!!In response to your reply. I contacted AHS immediately when my dishwasher stopped working again (about 1 1/2 month). I was told that in order for the technician to come back out, I would have to pay another service fee. Terrible service for my boyfriend and I’d washer. Purchased a brand new appliance and needed repair two weeks after delivery. The technician that came to our home replaced two parts that were unrelated to our issues. We were told that they would order a part and would reach out when it was delivered to have it replaced. Instead, we received a text message stating that they were canceling our appointment and we needed to reach out to GE for a new company. I also forgot to mention that the technician spent 30 minutes in our guest bathroom and left almost immediately after. Clogged out toilet with an immense amount of toilet paper causing it to leak. Unprofessional and ignorant. And before the business responds to the review: yes, we used the Columbus location to service us in Lagrange and yes we are in your system.Service: Washing machine repair
